Lines off tees and approach shots

This course requires very accurate lines off tee box to avoid traps and hazards. Difficult approach shots if you’re out of position off the tee. Distance control with your putter is a must. Many tight lies around green for up and down.

Beautiful golf course

Drop dead gorgeous golf course that is now a great deal to play. The course suffers from being a little far away from population and lots of competition. As a result they have to discount the rate. This eventually attracts the new, beginning golfer, higher handicaps which really slows the rounds down. It takes a lot longer to shoot 130 than 80. Eventually this hurts revenue which will hurt course conditioning and maintenance . We hope the great course and layout can survive. At the present state I would play it anytime I could get out in the lead foursome to play a quicker round.

Took over 5 hours to play because of "cart path only". Normally play in 4.5 hours or so. Greens were a little bumpy from recent aeration and sand traps need a lot of help due to many players not raking after playing from them. I personally would like to see rakes in/at the traps instead of on the cart.

Great course a must play

The rough hasn’t grown out yet so no chance to hold the ball. Just made it more challenging. Liked the course layout, everyone super friendly. The starter informed us on drive position on a few of the sloped fairways, and with the course not so busy let us go another nine holes..Coming from Canada where our season doesn’t open till mid may it was nice to get out and play. Would definitely play if back in the area.
