Pueblo El Mirage Golf Club
About
The golf course at Pueblo El Mirage Golf Club is a challenging championship length course, but it is still suitable for all skill levels of golfer. The course features lush greens and long, rolling fairways. Lakes create water hazards that come into play on eleven holes. There are also strategically placed sand bunkers throughout the course. The signature hole is the par-4 15th hole, which calls for a start with a straight tee shot to a tight fairway and then a precise approach over water to a tiered green. The Pueblo El Mirage facility offers a driving range and putting green as well as a fully stocked pro shop.

Improving
Conditions are still not great - bare areas and also wet areas but they do appear to be improving so gave it 3 stars - otherwise 2. Everything else was fine - particularly staff and pace of play - 3 hours.

Course Improvement
First time back in two years the course definitely fell on hard times, very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, course is in much better condition than it has been in for a number of years still work to do for sure but heading the right direction, only negative thing I would offer is they need to get the restaurant back open if nothing else cook some dogs, burgers ect in the lot probably won’t go back until there is some kind of grub to eat after a round with your buddies

Improving
The New Staff is doing a great job making improvements to this worn course! The Greens are 100% better in a very short period of time! The Course improvements are progressing wonderfully! Friendly Staff and every Golfer at the course seems happy to be golfing on this challenging 18 hole course!
We look forward to the Restaurant Opening full time as the Chef has excellent Happy Hours during the later part of the week

Greens
@Greens are tough but not as tough as Coyote Lake!

Poor Conditions
The course was very dry and the fairways and most tee boxes were quite rough. Pace of play on the front nine was exceptional but was considerably slower on the back nine.

Dissappointing
I haven't played on this course in years and it was NOT what I remembered at all. Needs a lot of work and updating.

Concrete greens
Course needs water. Greens wouldn't hold an approach shot, putts we're extra speedy. Lots of fairways bare minimum for grass. Like course not conditions. Not looking forward to summer.
