About
Nestled within Fountain Hills, the course at the Desert Canyon Golf Club offers a championship course with a variety of elevation changes with views canyon and mountain views. It is a desert-style course with some elevated tees and open fairways that play tight with a few doglegs. Water bunkers come into play on a few holes as well as numerous well-positioned sand bunkers. From nearly every hole on the golf course, views of the signature fountain in Fountain Hills, which is the world's tallest fountain at 550 feet, can be seen.

Very enjoyable round
Best condition I have seen course. Always good but exceptional today.
Desert Canyon Golf Course
Course was in great shape after reseeding. Course was great but I stunk. Greens were excellent and challenging. Will go back again soon even though I shot in the 100's. BTW great scenic course with great mountain views. Recommend for anyone.
Cart Usage
My husband is a now 89 years old and has had several back surgeries...and we could not take the cart off the path in certain areas. This made for a very difficult round of golf and held up play behind us as he just couldn't move very fast up and down inclines. I feel like management is treating us like 2 year olds...we just barely tried to turn around on one hole and the cart just quit. It would not move forward or backward and we ended up pushing it a bit.
Course is in excellent shape
Great course, excellent condition, great pace of play, a tee box for all skill levels, toughest part may be putting, the greens can provide for some tricky putts, very friendly staff

The course is in excellent shape and has stunning Mountain View’s. I will be back.

Course was beautiful. Problem is I took too many pics. Can't wait to play here again.
Desert Canyon Golf Course
Course was in great shape. Greens were initially fast and a little difficult to read but as the day progressed they slowed down. Sot a decent round for the first time there. "Hit a ball in the middle of the fairway and could not find it." That's golf. LOL
Scenic, great condition
I played four different courses in the last week and this course was in the best condition by far, post over seed season. Greens, fairways and tee boxes were terrific.
Straightforward Course
Pick your tees to provide the right challenge. Beginners or those with short drives should stick to forward tees or you will be hitting your second shot off scrub/gravel.
