About
The golf course at the Western Skies Golf Club has a traditional layout with many different challenges and beautiful views. Surrounded by picturesque mountains and valleys, the course offers a taste of the countryside, which is further enhanced by the many aged Mesquite and Pinon trees sprinkled throughout. It features tree-lined fairways with generous landing areas and tricky water hazards. Two notable holes are the 4th and 7th holes, both par 3s. Although it is a modest 186 yards, the 4th hole requires a carry over water to a heavily bunkered green. Western Skies Golf Club's 18th hole is a drivable par four with water along the right side, making this an exciting finishing hole.

No issues at all. Tee boxes, fairways were excellent. Greens were very good. Had a great time!
Good bang for your buck.
Greens and fairways didn’t look great but the greens rolled true which is all you need to enjoy a round. If you can play for $80 I’d recommend it!
The Weather Was Perfect, and So Was the Course!
Somehow, Western Skies is always in fantastic condition! With wide fairways and big soft greens, it's great for any skill level. The staff there are super nice, including Jim, Kyle, Matt, Isaac, Parker, Maddie, Payse, and all the rest. Five Stars!
Great Course, Better People!
Western Skies is always in fantastic shape, 12 months a year! I don't know how they do it. The people there are even better. They treat me great, (and I'm a bit of a pain!) lol You'll like Western Skies. Five Stars!
Great day of golf
Very good course for the money ..... friendly staff, nice facilities. Fairways and greens were in perfect condition just a little wet from over watering but good all the same. Would definitely recommend this course.

Western Skies is always in great shape, with wide fairways, big flat greens and beautiful grass. But it's the people there that make it special to me. Especially Jim, Kyle, Parker, Matt, Maddie and Payse. They treat me like family. Five Stars for Western Skies Golf Club!
Not Too Shabby
Western Skies is your basic neighborhood course. Nothing special, but usually solid. As a local, every course is too expensive this time of year, but adjusting for that, it’s as good as you’ll get for the price in town. To get anything cheaper, you’d have to book one of the municipal courses early or be willing to drive 45 min or more. I’ve played here probably 20 times over the past 15 year’s and was in as good a shape as I’ve seen it. Pace was great. About 4 hours.
always a good bet
I have played Western Skies several times. The staff are great and it is very well run. Ten minute tee time intervals are great. Course is in good shape. Plenty of new sand in the bunkers was nice. Its a great deal at $67.00 as the price of golf in the Valley is getting to be stupid.
