About
The golf course at the Western Skies Golf Club has a traditional layout with many different challenges and beautiful views. Surrounded by picturesque mountains and valleys, the course offers a taste of the countryside, which is further enhanced by the many aged Mesquite and Pinon trees sprinkled throughout. It features tree-lined fairways with generous landing areas and tricky water hazards. Two notable holes are the 4th and 7th holes, both par 3s. Although it is a modest 186 yards, the 4th hole requires a carry over water to a heavily bunkered green. Western Skies Golf Club's 18th hole is a drivable par four with water along the right side, making this an exciting finishing hole.

Best greens for the money
Played a few nice courses this weekend and I think western skies have the best greens for the money. Love it here.
Well maintained
This time of year many courses that are considered average courses are not in great shape. Western Skies had the Tee boxes, fairways, greens, and bunkers in great shape. The greens were fantastic!
Very hot day. Course was fine. Unfortunately there was a threesome in front of us that were only using one set of clubs.
Very good round, the course is in good condition
Played 18 in under 2 hours, the course is in above average condition for this time of year. Found a good price on GolfNow so it was a great day/round!
THE SUMMER IS HERE
The summer is here and the course is showing the heat. The fairways have areas that have burned out and areas that are wet we’re they are trying to help the grass grow. The greens are still in good shape although recently airraited.
I paid for a 9 hole round and went off the back 9 in the morning as a few of the first groups rounded the front 9 there was confusion as to who was playing the back and with whom, could’ve been better managed as confusion in what was happening led to me playing with one of those groups and not the others that I was supposedly set to play with. Overall the course and staff were great.
Another round at Western Skies
It's hot this time of year so I knew there would be some brown spots. All in all a fun time.
Course is Great, Staff is Excellent.
It was super hot, and a Monday holiday. (Juneteenth) The course was fully booked on a 105 degree day, and it took over 4 hours to play 18. The course was perfect, and Ryan, Jim, Kyle, Mike, Terry, Annika and others treated me like royalty. Like they always do.
