About
The golf course at the Western Skies Golf Club has a traditional layout with many different challenges and beautiful views. Surrounded by picturesque mountains and valleys, the course offers a taste of the countryside, which is further enhanced by the many aged Mesquite and Pinon trees sprinkled throughout. It features tree-lined fairways with generous landing areas and tricky water hazards. Two notable holes are the 4th and 7th holes, both par 3s. Although it is a modest 186 yards, the 4th hole requires a carry over water to a heavily bunkered green. Western Skies Golf Club's 18th hole is a drivable par four with water along the right side, making this an exciting finishing hole.

Overcharged
Was supposed to be $38. Played at noon on a Tuesday, should not even be that price. Get to the course and they charge me $50. Half the fairway is rock hard dirt.
Course is worth a solid $20 for the remainder of summer. That’s tops.
Western Skies a good value
Western Skies is always a good value for golf. We paid $45 for our mid week round. The course is in good shape although the greens are showing wear due the summer heat starting but they still roll well. The course only lets you book a tee time 7 days in advance making it difficult to plan with friends that need more time to arrange their schedule
Great Course, Better People!
Like the title says, the course is always beautiful. No deep rough, great fairways and big, flat, smooth greens, and fantastic people! (Including Ryan, Kyle, Mike, Terry, Annika, Victoria, and even Jim! lol Love this place!
Great Course, Fantastic People
The course is fair and forgiving, and always in perfect shape. I played two balls all the way around, in three hours flat. (Shot an 81) Best thing about Western Skies is the staff. Ryan, Mike, Kyle, Annika, Victoria and Jim are super friendly, helpful, and professional.
COURSE CONDITIONS
Fairways and course surfaces ivery very dry and hard..
Lots of dead grass and dirt.. Bunkers had been watered though ???

Also charged me more when I got to the clubhouse. Not sure why golf now told me my total would be 47 and then I get to the pro shop and they tell me I owe them like 55 bucks.
Miss the fairways and you’re hitting off rock hard dirt.
Honestly, way too much awful dirt and useless dead grass on this course. Doubt I’ll play again unless it’s 20 bucks
