The Clubs at Arrowhead - Legend Course
About
Located in the west valley, The Clubs at Arrowhead - Legend Course (formerly known as the Legend at Arrowhead Golf Club) is an Arnold Palmer/Ed Seay-designed golf course with a traditional layout. The challenging course has six lakes creating water hazards on many of the holes and several doglegs. The difficult to read greens are undulating and in excellent condition. Each hole, except for one, has bunkering on the fairways or protecting the greens. The Clubs at Arrowhead - Legend Course's signature hole is the par-4, 426-yard fifth hole. It calls for a shot off an elevated tee with water running along the right side of the fairway as well as next to the green.

Way to SLOW!! No Marshall!!
Course is just in fair shape. Lots of bad spots.
Very slow play. No marshall on the course. Had to quit before finishing due to darkness. Group of four had the entire course backed up. No one around to keep them on pace. WHY????
When questioned I was told that management sent the Marshall home early. Thanks much.
Legends at Arrowhead
The course was challenging. I was thrilled that I didn't have to skip a hole, which was a par 3. No cart person, could have used some snacks. Other than that good course.
Much improved
Was pleasantly surprised with the improved sand traps and many sodded areas. Hopefully the new grass gets watered and survives.
Hard course
Tight fairways and greens are small and they slope as well
Nice course
Nothing fancy. signs of recent improvements were obvious but not completely in place (sod). A little slow. Still some Covid issues with no on course drinking water and it was a hot day so that was an issue
Good progress on improvements
I’ve played the Legends in and off for years. The pace still hasn’t improved, but improvements made on the course have made me consider it for regular rotation on the courses I play again. New bunkering improvements and actual SAND in the bunkers are a huge improvement. Fairway overseeing appears to be coming in great.
Too many geese
Geese(and their droppings) on pretty much every hole of the course. Beautiful scenery throughout the course despite that. They need a few coyotes to visit or find a way to control the goose problem.
Legends at arrowhead
They made some good improvements alot of trees that were trimmed and removed the traps have new sand which was really needed pace of play was terrible but condition wasn't all that great but they just opened after overseed so that was expected! Will be back to play once the overseed takes good track tho very challenging the only reason I gave it lower stars is because of the overseed and pace of play.
Golf
The pace of play was 2h 45 mins for 9 holes; sprinklers were on and had to wait to hit several times; was cart path only and that was not disclosed on the Golf Now website. I paid $85on the GN website and when I got to the course it was only $54- so did not get any refund????
You shoukd tell the oublic
Cart path only due to slow repair from over seeding. Not expected to have carts back on the course until Thanksgiving. This Shoukd be made VERY clear in the listing on TeeOff. This adds substantial time and of course walking for those not expecting. No refunds available at the pro shop either!!
It’s just they have it in a construction faze
It looks like a excavation for artifacts
To much money to play the back nine twice for the money
Why is your course open right now??
I don't like giving reviews.... especially golf reviews because most people give reviews based on the scorecard.
This course is an absolute disaster right now.
Played here before. It's always been okay and good value.
When I arrived today, the front 9 was closed for remodel.
Advised to play the back twice. The back 9 had white foam dots on every fairway. Maybe for the upcoming re-seeding. Good luck finding your ball.
On your 2nd shot or approach...... you'll be hitting out of mud from a Bobcat digging a bigger bunker while you're playing or if you do hit the green in 2, enjoy the bumpy ride.
I left after 7 holes. Even the maintenance guys said it will be a month before it's playable.
If Arrowhead is going to stay open with these conditions, don't make golfers prepay the fees with no mention of construction
