Golf Club of Estrella

Here for a couple weeks and will play Estrella three times. It’s the best value for conditions. Greens aren’t fast but that’s to be expected at this time.

Good layout, nice fairways great tee-boxes nice practice area…🏌🏿‍♂️⛳️

Great track for the price. Greens slow but I understand why based on the time of year.

Course was in Good shape for the summertime Greens were very slow though. They had tons of grass and could have easily cut them down a little bit to make it more playable.

Course is a fantastic layout.

Restaurant is awful. Service is terrible so we went elsewhere afterwards

Kind of expensive for the summer conditions.

They raised the price Sept 1 for some crazy reason. Its still hot by the way in Sept here

My first time playing this course and I would play it again. The course was in pretty good shape from tee to green and the speed of the greens was about right; not too fast and not too slow.

My biggest complaint was the pace of play on the back nine. The front nine moved fairly well (2:10) but when we made the turn, there were four groups on the 10th tee and that basically continued for the next 3 to 4 holes. Groups were leaving the course and two people in our foursome quit on the 13th hole because of the pace. The head pro, Jon Taylor came out to the course and apologized . I appreciated him coming out and talking with us directly.

Nice course with a great staff. The snack bar could be a bit more robust.

The course was in great shape, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Pace was just right and I enjoy this course every time we play it

I play Golf Club of Estrella during the summer when the rates are affordable since I live fairly close. I wish they had resident rates so I could afford to play there more, but I do love this course. It has a great design and every hole has a different look and feel. The course is in great shape and the greens are about the best in the valley. Played here twice this week.

Beautiful course, great layout and forgiving fairways.

The course was absolutely beautiful. The layout was excellent and the greens were in great shape. The only negative were the fairways were a little stressed due to the month long 110 degree temps.

Course was in great shape, played 18 holes and under four hours. Paired Up with three total strangers, had a blast definitely will be back.

Well designed desert layout. Some summer grass issues but didn’t impact play. Bunkers slightly better but still need more sand, fewer rocks and a little more TLC. Could be a very nice Troon course with a little more attention to detail and customer service.

Course was in good shape with greens rolling true. Some holes were too long for my playing ability so I just moved up a tee box on those. Pace of play was good on this day.
