The sun shines 350 days a year in Phoenix and you can enjoy this factor at Ahwatukee Country Club. "Ahwatukee" is Crow Indian for "house of dreams", but this could easily be the "golf course of dreams".
The semi-private Ahwatukee Country Club offers an 18-hole golf course designed by John Bulla in 1974 that is open year-round and includes a driving range, as well as a cart included in the greens fee. The golf course is par-72 and measures 6,713 yards from the championship tees.
The Ahwatukee Country Club golf course features a fairly wide-open layout, but has out-of-bounds areas on either side of the fairways - including some with houses, so watch out for those windows - as well as water hazards on some holes. The putting greens play fast.
After a tight front nine on the Ahwatukee Country Club golf course, things open up on a razor-sharp par-4 dogleg 10th hole, with no chance to cut corners: there's a towering forest to the left.

Nice course for a reasonable rate
Enjoyed the course very much. The greens were very good and bunkers had sand to hit out of. Fairways were pretty good as well. Nearby views of South Mountain are nice. Only real negative for me was that a few tee boxes were not very level. Overall a better experience than some other courses in the area. New owners continue to make improvements to the course and its upkeep.
Not to challenging
The fairways were average, the greens in good condition. The course was in pretty good shape.
Ahwatukee Golf Club
Played yesterday as a hot deal from Golf Now. It definitely was hot. Pace was play at your own cuz course was nearly empty. Some spots were bad but the greens were in decent shape. I'd play there again.
Poor Course Conditions
Really poor course conditions. Was like playing in a mud pit.
Course needs some maintenance
For the price it was Ok. The fariways aren’t really fairways. There was a lot of dead areas and the greens were furry.

Avoid avoid avoid
Had a 5:12am tee time, nobody here until 8 minutes after my tee time. Sprinkles on every hole, terrible. Paid to play 1st out but they let a “member” walk on and play in front of me. Don’t waste your money at this place.
