Ahwatukee Country Club

This is a very nice golf course and in fair condition for this time of year. The staff was excellent, accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside to our experience was that we played behind two 5somes and had to wait on every shot from the 4th hole to the 18th hole, and we never saw a marshall. The 5some in front of us had no golf etiquette and never once asked if we wished to play through. There were a lot of groups backed up behind us when we finished.

The staff said they were backed up and when I asked and have my name they didn't know the group on the tee was the group I was supposed to tee off with and made me go and try to skip hole went and explained to the group what happened and then proceeded to tee off it was sad.

Waited at every tee box. Fortunately it got a little better on the back nine (on the front there were holes were there were two groups waiting). Don't be in a hurry when golfing here.

Good value, conditions ok, greens good but slow. Nice staff.

The course is green, affordable and the greens run pretty fast. Truly enjoyed the course. It was affordable and fun. I’ll be back.

Had a great time at ahwatukee golf club, we paid $55 for a 11am tee time and the layout was really fun, tighter fairways on some holes and some challenges/water features but the greens and fairways were solid considering the price. For $55 it was a great value and will definitely be back to play here. I know this course has a history and has been neglected in the past...but the new owners are really working to get back into tip top shape. The carts had GPS which was a nice plus. Such a fun course!

Pace of play started out good but then we caught up and there was a twosome couple that were hitting 2-3 shots every time. You can’t do that when people are waiting behind you.

Course was extremely wet lots of puddles. Greens were in good shape.

The greens are in very good shape, as are most of the fairways. The tee boxes are horrible, crowned and very chewed up. Hard to get a good stance on a lot of the tee boxes, especially when they’re about 8 feet wide. A lot of dead trees on the course that would really look nice if cleared out. Saw the prices are going to $85 next week. In my opinion, not worth more than $60

T’s and Fairways were hit and miss. Must keep ball in fairways if not it was rocky and dusty. Most greens were slick and true! Great course for a cheap warmup before hitting the better courses. Took 4:30 to play, Lots of people on course.

the course was in rough shape but still has several fun holes to play. the price was pretty good if you are just looking to get out and get some shots in.

Tee boxes in fair shape; fairways in fair to good shape with many areas in need of repair; rough is basically nonexistent, it went from fairway to hardpan to desert. greens fair to good.

No starter to greet and send off groups, no ranger. Greens showed signs of ball marks not addressed by golfers. Price for January was reasonable but I will not make this a part of my rotation.

Course is not in great shape. Needs to fill in, both on the fairways and the greens. However the price was right. They need a marshal out there. There was a 4some (two older couples) that were very slow and they weren't letting anyone past them. Quite frustrating.
