Old convenient course. Crappy condition

The layout is fun for an executive sized course, but rough is pure weeds and dirt, mud and garbage which in ever seems to be cleaned.

Greens are generally decent. Fun slopes on the greens.

Fairways are crap. Weeds, overgrown crab grass and lousy maintenance over all.

Could be so much better

Affordable

The course is mostly par 3. There is one par 5 and five par 4rs. There is a lot of pressure on the course because it is affordable therefore the conditions are not ideal. There are a lot of beginners and kids, so pace of play can be slow.

We played right after oversees the first time and course was ok. This time I was waiting for them to turn the cattle out. Rough hadn't been mowed in who knows how long on the front 9 must have lost a dozen balls at the edge of the fairway in the weeds that are growing faster than the grass. Definitely not worth $50 even in the winter. Course is just very unkempt

Its cheap golf, dont expect much

Not going to lie. The course is very rough. Some of the greens are very patchy and have bare/dirt spots. But honestly, if you're coming here expecting to have the best conditions, you are not being realistic.

If you are a weekend hack just looking to get out and get some practice. This is not a bad course. For 18 holes with a cart, you can't beat the price, but again the course is in very rough shape.

You get what you pay for

It is priced appropriately as the course is not well maintained. The best part of the. Course are the greens, but they are very very slow. Fairways and cart paths are in poor condition.

Don’t think I will return even though I was 1 over for the day.

We need more courses like Paradise Valley

While this course doesn’t get great ratings, I still think we need more courses like this, affordable, easy to play in a short amount of time. It’s not a TOC Scottsdale, Raven, Eagle Mountain or Troon, but it’s still fun.

One word of caution though, don’t play your best golf balls, I lost a few in the deep grass that sits near some fairways and greens.

The layout is decent with a lot of par 3’s, a few par 4’s and one par 5.

Some players complain about the conditions or the layout, but it’s like $20 to play here, what do expect?

I will definitely come back and play, it cost close to, or less than some ranges, and I’d rather play golf that hit balls.

Fun course, excellent staff

I have played this course many times. I always meet fun friendly people. Not as challenging as some of the desert courses, not as frustrating either, and still a good place to play the game we all love. The price is hard to beat. The front desk is always accommodating with some of the nicest folk you hope to meet. Thanks to all who make it possible.
