Paradise Valley Golf Course

Don’t play this course. They should pay you to play it. Everything was terrible. Green so slow, long shaggy and too much crap on the some of them to putt on. Fairways were mostly dirt. Driving range was a dirt lot. Range balls all over the course.

I cannot believe how bad this course was/is! With some TLC, this course could be a gem. Sorry to see it in such bad shape.

Whoever owns this course needs to put some money into it. The cart paths are in terrible shape. The pace of play is slow. I had a twosome in front of me and could care less that there were people waiting behind 5hem. There are no Marshall’s or starters and no beverage cart.

You kind of get what you pay for and with PV You need to expect lack luster conditions. There were a lot of dry ground, where it’s not possible to hit a ball correctly, and if you end up on that area, you’re not going to get better by practicing on it. The greens vary quite a bit and the grass was high on the green. There was a lot of sprinkler or watering problems, where they were massive swampy areas and lot of holes in the course.

Paying $30 a person, I of course don’t expect a TPC level green keeping program, but it should be better and I shouldn’t have to deal with mud, large wet areas, and super dry areas. It’s run down, but cheap.

This course has improved so much since last year. We enjoy it because it’s easy, relaxed and inexpensive. The greens are the best I’ve seen them with the exception of this week as it seems they mowed them down and had so much sand iyou never knew where the ball would end up. Always an adventure on the greens here but I love to play it and practice my short game Always come back

This is a fun course to play! It is not Augusta National but it isn't pretending to be either. I don't understand why there were so many previous negative reviews. Maybe that is what helped suppress my expectations but I would have no problem playing this course 1-2 times a month.

Good layout and even better greens for a municipal course. Would definitely recommend for a quick round. Super fun!

This round had better grass on the greens. Still some bare spots, I think from wildlife damage (Geese) but better than a couple weeks ago.

We've been playing this course for a long time, and right now it's really, really rough. I don't know if it's just the in-between season, but everything needs work. Can't recommend it right now.

Anyone who knows or has played this course before, knows...you get what you pay. This is a course to mess aroudn on, have fun and play after work. The conditions are abysmal, and the greens are about as uneven as a plinko board. However, Golf Now does not inform you the course "closes" at 6:30. We took the last two tee times (4:52pm, and 5pm cause we had 6 players and didn't want to slow people down.

We flew through the first 9. After the first 9, the clubhouse called us in and made snarky comments about, "Not letting a 6 some out" where we explained...that's why we did the last two tee times. Also accused us of only playing for 9 holes, where we pointed out we paid for 18. He then said, good luck you have 10 minutes left. Since when do courses close before twilight? Again, Golf Now does not warn you about this course closing before twilight.

Course conditions were expected, the rather rude and strict cutoff times were a little disappointing. Even for a place like this.

Course is highly negated and staff is rude. Needs a full makeover top to bottom. Back in the day it was a nice executive course and now it’s the worst course I’ve played ever.

Quite possibly the worst course I ever played, this is like a city park with a poorly maintained golf course.

We were treated extremely poorly by an extremely rude gentleman that was running the course. I will never play this course again and will make sure none of my coworkers, customers or friends ever have the displeasure of making the same mistake.
