Improved over last year
Fairway grass is much improved since last year.
Most greens are good but a couple have grass/weeds.
Need a marshall
I saw 2 incidents of golfers skipping holes and cutting in front of other golfers. I had a twosome in front of me who I asked they said they were beginners. They were in front of me on the 14th and later saw them on the tenth, then they skipped to the 18th. I saw a threesome behind me pass me on the 6th and drove straight to the 9th tee, cutting in front of a twosome.
Yikes
I’ve played here lots, but it seems like it keeps getting worse and worse, at a time when other courses are getting better and better. I’m going to be sad when it goes defunct because they realize the cost of restoration got too out of hand from them not addressing issues earlier on.
I give it 2 years until it’s a walking park or something :(
Bummer
Good short course and not busy
Enjoyed playing mainly because it wasn’t crowded. Course was in ok shape and pace of play was really good.
Maintenance doesn’t care
Still in terrible condition. We keep giving this course a chance but the fairways are terrible, greens bounce, flag pins are down, terrible pot holes filled with mud everywhere…they simply do not care about course maintenance
OK at best
OK, I played on a cold, windy day. Check in was fine. I played solo behind a few foursomes, so no opportunity to play through. The course conditions were not great. Some fairways were burnt out, greens were slow and inconsistent. But this is an executive course, so I made the best of it by hitting two balls and practicing my short game. Would I go back? Probably not, but "maybe" if they had a special discounted price.
Over seed
The course was as expected, very wet due to overfeeding. The course, grass, has steadily improved over the last 2 years.
Course in very good shape
The course is still cart path only after overseeding. We played the round in just over 3 hours. Players kept a good pace. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were in very nice condition. The price is reasonable for the time of year and the cooler weather. Don't look for a lot of on or off-course frills. It's a good course for the casual golfer who doesn't want to pay a lot for a round golf. Hopefully, the course will stay in good condition throughout the coming winter months.
