Lookout Mountain Golf Club at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort receives distinctions: Golf Digest placed it among the top 450 U.S. public courses, and it regularly features among Arizona's best 25 golf course. It doesn't hurt that the golf club regularly hosts eye-catching affairs like the Harmon Killebrew Invitational, the Royce Clayton Charity Classic and the Phoenix Suns Scramble. The golf course itself offers lush greens that entwine with the Sonora Desert's terrain, which the golf club says it carefully preserves, and features 18 holes of championship golf in tandem with magnificent scenery and plenty of challenges.
There's a fairly good chance that golfers will catch sight of a quail or coyote out on the Lookout Mountain Golf Club at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort, and management asks that layers give the critters the right of way. In order to ensure golfers' shots go straight and don't snag in a cactus or chuckwalla, the club offers both individual and group glf lessons. This is also a place to enroll in the Hilton Golf Academy.

Great views
We enjoyed a fast round in under four hours in the middle of the day. When we first arrived at the golf course it seem like there were a lot of people there. But there was an anybody in front or behind us all day. Played with a nice couple who knew the course so that was helpful. Conditions were very good.

Worth a drive!
Was a fun beautiful course and will definitely be back! Although not cheap it was not overpriced like most courses in Az.

Course in great shape, greens running true
This was 2nd time I played this course and in great shape like before but the greens were rolling even more true. What the course lacks in length makes up in scenery. I recommend this course to anyone looking for a true mountain track.
