Arizona Biltmore Golf Club - Estates Course

For a winter time to play a Phoenix course, play was very fast. Very forgiving course.

Course is in good condition, though greens are slow. Wide open holes, though most are similar, so gets a bit boring.

Staff is fine, though could be a bit more helpful in finding things that are not well marked. Pace was good on front nine, then everything came to a screeching halt on the back, no marshal to move things along.

The Adobe was like playing the same hole over and over. No character.

Good condition and easy walking course.

The course was in excellent shape, made it extremely fun to play. Entire staff was friendly and really showed they wanted everyone to enjoy their day.

The course was in awesome condition! Bunkers were fluffy, grass was crisp and greens were awesome. Had the best time playing! The weather was perfect too!

Course was in great shape and pace of play was excellent. Course layout a little confusing, could improve signage. GPS makes it look like every hole is straight but it is not

I would not play this course again for free. We almost got hit on every hole. It’s like a beginners course. We had 6 carts on our hole and only 2 were playing our hole. Way too dangerous and to chanrge almost $100 for this... not cool at all. Worst course I have ever played in Phoenix area and I have played a lot.

I was playing during the weekend of the WMPO and the prices were higher than usual. We played behind a bachelor party of 10 people and the staff did not do anything to keep them under control. Wear a hard hat on the adobe course here because the black tee boxes are poorly designed with other holes and people spray cross fairway shots all day long. Also mark your ball here because people will hit your ball. Go to the links course here as it is a better value and the layout is much more interesting.

Playing here for the first time since their redesign. Truly enjoy the new holes and new challenge. Greens were slower than normal which was good. This course always proves that tricked up courses are not needed to be a great layout. Only issue was a bachelor party popping up around the course playing the holes in some random order only they knew disrupting everyone. Beautiful course on a great day. Eager to play again often.

If you want a wide open course for mid to high handicap at great price, this is the course for you. Play was a bit slow but it was MLK holiday.

Course conditions are good, plenty of space but not terribly challenging or good looking.

Fairways and landscape fairly flat. Numerous bunkers created difficulty.greens were slow.

The course is flat and playable. It was in good shape except the greens were too slow. The staff in the golf shop and around the cart sheds were not helpful when we arrived...no information given about the course or facilities and signage is not great. Additionally, there is no starter so people start whenever they want. I am sure the course backs up but fortunately that was not an issue for us. I would not take visitors here except to see some of the homes on the back nine!
