Arizona Biltmore Golf Club - Estates Course

Course conditions were bad. Greens were way too slow and the fairways were muddy.

This course was nice. But not exactly what you are expecting to play when you come to AZ to play golf. The greens were extremely extremely slow from not being mowed for a few day’s, the course was in overall fair shape. I would play again as a starter course. However next time I may start with McCormick ranch. It looks like it may be in better condition. I really wouldn’t recommend this course to anyone if you have flown in from a long ways and only have a few days to play.

You would never know you were in the center of town given the serenity, ambiance and wonderful terroir of the Adobe course at the Biltmore.

Given some recent course revisions mostly on 9 and 18, the course continues to play as originally designed with most of the routing and green complexes solidly in place. A short par 3 over water early in your round will get your attention and hitting the green here is crucial. The fairways are lush from the recent overseed and give the course a canvas of green to play your round. Greens will need some time to adjust from the overseed, but were in good shape.

Staff is attentive, efficient and helpful.

Your time playing the Adobe will seem timeless .

The course is well maintained with few areas for improvement. Some minor bumps on the green surfaces but nothing horrendous. One thing I was pleasantly surprised by were the views afforded to the surrounding area. Only got more stunning as the shadows began to show on the rock faces. Will definitely be back.

They just finished the fall over-seeding and greens were very slow, but everything was well kept up. The starter had no problems waiting for the group in front of us starting 6 minutes late, that kept the pace of play a little slow but not distressful the entire 18.

they have reno on going and confusing where to go and GPS distance are not set with new layout, but still enjoyed the round.

Course has been remodeled. New holes, new cart paths.

Great fun. Good condition after re-seed.

Great fun to do at the Biltmore. The course is in very good shape for being so soon after the overseed.

Pace of play was pathetic. It was Thursday mid morning and three groups backed up. Waited on every single shot. The course is nothing exciting. Not worth your dollars.

The course was fluorescent green! Although the course was under construction at my time of play, with 2 shortened holes, I was completely satisfied with my round. Great fairways, great greens. 100% recommended

It would have been nice to have known that we were going to have to play the back nine of Adobe two times for our 18 holes. The first nine (teed off at 7:30) went great, no waiting, moved right along in 2 hours....then we made the turn and returned to the 20th tee and there were six foursomes on the tee box. Not Good.

Adobe really is a 2 3 star course...looking like there doing some hole layout changes which could help a bit..but wow very average this time of year at best

Look, its August golf and the Adobe course is under some construction, some alternate greens, a lot of cart path construction but that's what I expected to see. My daughter and I played a delightful round with no distractions. Part of the beauty of this course is the environment and the houses surrounding the course! Staff was very friendly as were the cart girls who were really nice!

Pace of play horrendous with no Marshall or starter. Went to clubhouse to let them know about the back up didn’t see to care and stated we didn’t know. I don’t know how the gps doesn’t show 4 groups on the first tee. So much construction left the course in bad condition with two makeshift greens

Front 9 was closed for construction, so played the back twice. Temp green on 18 was pretty rough. Would play again when full course is open.

Virtually every hole was under repair. No one in the clubhouse mentioned anything.
