Arizona Biltmore Golf Club - Estates Course

The course is flat and playable. It was in good shape except the greens were too slow. The staff in the golf shop and around the cart sheds were not helpful when we arrived...no information given about the course or facilities and signage is not great. Additionally, there is no starter so people start whenever they want. I am sure the course backs up but fortunately that was not an issue for us. I would not take visitors here except to see some of the homes on the back nine!

The course is in wonderful shape and had a great experience. The only drawback to this course is that some tee boxes are extremely close to the previous greens. Very tight if shots are errant

I enjoyed the beautiful homes and the views from the Tee Boxes. It is narrow so you have to hit it straight, not really great for amateurs but a must play. It’s a refreshing break from the resort courses.

Everyone was very nice. Good practice facility. Course was hard but fair. Really had a good time.

I play both courses I thought they were great no problems

First 9 holes took 3 hours

Then went back and played the front 9 again in 1 hour 10 minutes

The Adobe is a shorter course, would be great for short hitters. Overall I rate this course average-at-best there's not really any wow factors. I look forward to trying the links though I've heard there are some really good holes on that 18.

We had a nice round of golf and the weather cooperated as it started to rain when we were in the parking lot.

This course is very narrow with fairways alongside each other so frequent incoming balls thus somewhat dangerous and distracting! Also played in 4.5 hours, somewhat slow compared to other courses.

Very open, flat boring course, no challenges! Would not return or recommend

Flat and playable. Was in good shape except greens were terribly slow. No starter on the front tee made for a very long front side. Back side much faster. White trees are short at under 6000 yards and back tees a good test at 6700. The course should add a set of blue tees or a black white combo for an in between track. My wife is a beginner and the course was very playable for her.

The greens were slow but the play was not. For a resort course, pace of play was pretty good. We had a nice foursome and a great round.

Course conditions were bad. Greens were way too slow and the fairways were muddy.

This course was nice. But not exactly what you are expecting to play when you come to AZ to play golf. The greens were extremely extremely slow from not being mowed for a few day’s, the course was in overall fair shape. I would play again as a starter course. However next time I may start with McCormick ranch. It looks like it may be in better condition. I really wouldn’t recommend this course to anyone if you have flown in from a long ways and only have a few days to play.

You would never know you were in the center of town given the serenity, ambiance and wonderful terroir of the Adobe course at the Biltmore.

Given some recent course revisions mostly on 9 and 18, the course continues to play as originally designed with most of the routing and green complexes solidly in place. A short par 3 over water early in your round will get your attention and hitting the green here is crucial. The fairways are lush from the recent overseed and give the course a canvas of green to play your round. Greens will need some time to adjust from the overseed, but were in good shape.

Staff is attentive, efficient and helpful.

Your time playing the Adobe will seem timeless .
