Arizona Biltmore Golf Club - Estates Course
About
Some consider the Estates course (formerly known as Adobe golf course) at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club to be grand and stately, a prime example of golf course design in the pre-modern era, combining rare beauty with solid trickery. It makes for a round both relaxing and challenging played on lush 50-year-old fairways, with a spacious layout, reminding on of golf as it ought to be played: the glory days when graphite went into pencils and balls were only white.
The Adobe golf course at the Arizona Golf Club measures 6,430 yards from the white tees and comes in at par-71.
Due to the mild Arizona winters, the Adobe Golf Course at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club is open year-round.

we were disappointed in conditioning, course does not drain well and there is little sand in the traps. We were pleased with pace of play but as others noted there was nary a ranger to be seen, The Staff were very helpful and friendly
Biltmore Adobe
This old school park style course is very forgiving and a nice reprive from the target desert golf you see all over the valley. It’s a great place for getting you game back in shape. Lots of parallel fairways and green grass. Don’t worry about going out of bounds. I snap hooked a ball two holes over and was still able to get on in two and easily make par. The course is a bit short for long hitters Playing from the back tees the course is barely over 6000 yards and the longest par 5 was 550 yards. Overall fun place to play and great views of the surrounding city mountains.
Not bad but a little expensive
Not superhard nice to get my feet back on the ground after not playing for a while.
AZ Biltmore Adobe
This is a nice resort style course. Some menacing bunkers but good sand and well maintained. Abundant fairways and easily managed rough. Greens are in good condition and not too fast,
I enjoyed a nice breakfast before my round and the staff were aware of my tee time and served me quickly and pleasantly. Definitely a must play while in the Phoenix area.

Older course design
Enjoyed playing an older style golf course that was wide open. There was no penalty for playing from an adjacent fairway. However, compared to other golf courses in the valley the Adobe course lacked variety in hole design. Pricing was fair for the age and design of the course. Enjoyed the Adobe grill after the round.
Flat, Boring with very slow greens.
Having seen good ratings decided to play with my son. The staff are very nice as expected and are really the only up side. When on the putting green I commented on how slow the greens were and a passer by said this is a really slow course, he was not wrong. It was difficult to reach the hole going downhill. The layout is so plain, flat and boring that there was literally nothing to be excited about even the rough was cut too short and there was no real trouble anywhere. Condition was fair generally but the greens need shortened and generally the course needs definition. The area is surrounded by nice houses and the price seems set purely to exclude any undesirables becuase it does not reflect the golf experience. Very poor value for the price.
Great course, very friendly staff, beautiful holes, greens in good condition, would definitely play again.
Perfect day for golf
Had a great day playing the Adobe course. It was a little cool so the course wasn't so crowded pace was just right. Greens were smooth and true my putting was pretty good. However I did find the bunkers and had a lot of practice getting out of them. Will come back again.
Nice Round
Course was in very good condition. Weather was a bit cool, but the sun was out so it wasn't too bad. Stuck behind a slow 4-some on the back 9 that threw my game off with having to wait so much. Overall it was a nice round, reasonable greens fees for the season and the course was in very good condition.
Good for what it is
The Adobe course is a traditional flat course. It has ample traps and tree obstructions that make it challenging. The course is in good shape. However Arizona has so many spectacular courses that offer so much more, with elevations, views, and challenges that a flat landscape can’t offer. Overall I recommend this inner city course for practice before playing on more professional courses around the valley.
Nice track but easy
Most holes are very straight without much trouble along the way. It is also not a very long course. Conditions here have always been good and the greens roll nicely. Most of the rounds I've played here were in less than 4 hours. If you want more of a challenge, check out their (better) links course.
Nice view & layout
Putting green need improvement
Nice properties around golf course
Would recommend & come back to play again
Greens were slow relative to other courses in area.
Not worth the price
Older course. The view of the surrounding homes was nice. As well as the mountains on a couple holes. Over watered in many places. Overall not worth the price. Also states dress code that was not adhered to.
