About
Designed by Jay Morrish and Tom Weiskopf, The Stadium Course at TPC Scottsdale was purpose-built to host the PGA Tour's Phoenix Open, and it has done so since 1987. Designed with high drama in mind, the venue is well known as one of the most exciting and fan-friendly in all of golf, which includes a thrilling finishing stretch that begins with the risk-reward 15th hole. The course plays to over 7,200 yards from the tournament tees, but golfers who play the course during their Arizona golf vacation will find the layout has more forgiving fairways than many other area desert courses. The TPC experience includes one of the most encompassing practice areas in the destination, as well as grand clubhouse that includes the Toro Restaurant and Rum Bar. TPC Scottsdale is also home to the Champions Course, which plays out of a separate facility nearby.

Nice course! Missed the Forecaddies though
Crazy good time on B-day of Shawn Sahli
A rare opportunity to cross paths w/ my son and his cousin and play the stadium course in Scottsdale, AZ shortly after the Waist Managment 2021 tournament, Shawns B-day and our first time trip to AZ. An incredible day 75 degrees, scoring a bit higher, however the staff, course condition and happy hour after was above expectation. Many thanks and we will make this an annual event.
Fun Day
Really cool course, great shape, was worth the money for me to play it, The stadium hole on 16 was awesome but I think we are lucky they have the stadium built before PGA. Lots of beautiful holes. Greens were tough.

Always fun to play a tour course close to the tournament - short par 5’s - long par 4’s
Enjoyable round
Liked the course. Excellent condition and a nice layout. Played much longer than yardage probably due to prep for tournament. Pace of Play was very slow
stadium 1-7-21
Much different this year with little building going on due to covid. Grounds were in very nice shape, very wet as they are watering profusely. Cant play back tees as they save them for the tournament. Pace was 4 hrs 30min.
Great condition and playable
While Stadium is a challenging Tour stop, it’s also a very enjoyable track for the average golfer. Fairways are generally generous, as are the greens. With the WMO coming, the conditions were excellent.

No course is ever worth over 200$ , you pay to play where the pros do. Played a month out from the tour stop, the course was in better shape than any of the 7 we played in the Scottsdale area. Don’t look at the credit and go have fun.

Once in a lifetime adventure.
Better than I remembered
Got a great deal on GolfNow, so was worth the price. Was better than I remembered after playing it years ago. Fantastic conditioning and they were beginning to build the stands on 16 for the WM tournament.
