McCormick Ranch Golf Club features two lush manicured year-round courses amid the lovely views of Scottsdale. Both the Palm and Pine golf courses' championship tees lay to over 7,000 yards, and there are also the options of men's, seniors' and ladies' tee sets to allow everyone a crack at the tests offered by these golf courses.
Golf Illustrated selected the ninth hole of the Palm Course at the McCormick Ranch Golf Club to be "One of the USA's Top 18 Water Holes." It's just one of 10 water holes on the golf course, which, as you might imagine, also features lots of big palms. In all, the golf course plays to over yards from the blue tees, including four par-5 holes that measure over 500 yards.
A round of golf on the Palm Course at the McCormick Ranch Golf Club kicks off on the par-4 first hole, which plays close to 400 yards from the blue tee and requires a drive right-center to ensure a short-iron second shot.

Half way there
Front nine was nice and as I would expect. Back nine was like a different course. All areas were Les than in good shape. Poor drainage had mud in a lot of places - disappointed in the back nine
Great round on Palm
Got out early and cooked through the course. Great condition, greens were amazing. First time I've played since the remodel on Palm front 9. Love what they did. Very tough greens but enjoyed them.

Friendly staff, beautiful course, great condition, fast greens. Would golf it again and recommend this course

The back 9 holes were cart path only. A couple of fairways needed attention. Any way, nice to be out playing a round.

Mccormick Ranch
Had an excellent time. Course was in great condition and fairly challenging. Late afternoon tee time and was able to finish before dark.
What a joke
Went with my dad and brother. They said I needed to pay $35 otherwise I had to ride with the other solo in the same cart. Went to pay and it was $50 for a cart. WHAT A JOKE!! They had PLENTY of carts open too lol. What are they charging me $50 for...the outlit for the cart? I mean really? Course was in good shape, cart girls were amazing, but will not be golfing/recommending anyone back to here for that simple reason. I'm 26 years old who is paying $110 to begin with and to be charged with $50 to ride in my own cart, rather than with a random older guy who wouldn't want to ride with me or anyone to begin with, is crazy.
