About
The Talking Stick Golf Club, designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, offers two uniquely different courses that each offer many options according to your playing skill. The Piipaash course (previously known as South at Talking Stick Golf Club), with its tree-lined fairways and raised greens defended at the sides offers a more straightforward style of play than the O'odham Course (formerly known as North at Talking Stick Golf Club).
A round of golf on the Piipaash Course at the Talking Stick Golf Club kicks off on a par-4 hole that measures 405 yards from the Black tees. Three long par-5 holes ensures that power golfers will get their kicks, with the fifth hole coming in at 516 yards, the 1fourth measuring 541 and the 16th playing to 548. The round of golf concludes on a relatively shorter par 4 that measures 323 yards.
After a round of golf on the North Course at the Talking Stick Golf Club, head back to the Wildhorse Grille for drinks and a bite to eat.

Wish it was Talking stick of old.....
Check staff was not great. Hotdog out of the warming tray sucked. Then pace of play was horrible. So slow the 4 some behind us had two quit and they joined us. Didnt see a ranger all day, and only saw the cart girl one time in almost 5 hours. Bummed out about this, i used to love this place.
Pace of play.
Not a ranger in sight. 5 zones on holes with loud music and horseplay. Nobody to help get them under control and move them. 5.5 hours for 15 holes.
Stacking tee times
Terrible experience. Great course but three deep at the tee boxes. No rangers to be found. 3 hours to play 9 and couldn’t finish.
Nice course
Course was very nice and in great condition The only complaint I have is play backed up In the afternoon to the point we had 3 groups waiting at the tee box
Average layout
Course was in good shape. Greens were fast and consistent. Overall not worth the green fee in my eyes. There wasn’t much variety. Wide open with very little character. There were a few holes on the backside that had some variety but as a whole most holes just looked the same as the others. The green complexes were the only defense the course had. Got a “hot deal” for 115 and with so many other option in this price range I would play elsewhere. Nothing wrong with the course but just not that interesting
No way to finish with tee time
Price should be lower when there is no way to finish.
Good condition/slow
Paste of play in afternoon is bad. As many as 4 groups on same hold. No cart’s available till right up to tee time. Appear to be overbooking. More time between times would help
Talking Stick - nice but not exciting.
Course very playable and in great condition. Nice wide fairways. Greens rock hard taking getting used to. Many par-4’s very similar: Driver/7-iron, repeat. Layout level with little significant elevation change. Large driving range.

Went to the course as a single, you never know what to expect... Joined two other singles, we got along great, very enjoyable round. I’d go back
