About
The Talking Stick Golf Club, designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, offers two uniquely different courses that each offer many options according to your playing skill. The Piipaash course (previously known as South at Talking Stick Golf Club), with its tree-lined fairways and raised greens defended at the sides offers a more straightforward style of play than the O'odham Course (formerly known as North at Talking Stick Golf Club).
A round of golf on the Piipaash Course at the Talking Stick Golf Club kicks off on a par-4 hole that measures 405 yards from the Black tees. Three long par-5 holes ensures that power golfers will get their kicks, with the fifth hole coming in at 516 yards, the 1fourth measuring 541 and the 16th playing to 548. The round of golf concludes on a relatively shorter par 4 that measures 323 yards.
After a round of golf on the North Course at the Talking Stick Golf Club, head back to the Wildhorse Grille for drinks and a bite to eat.

Was told there would be a beverage cart to come around so didn’t buy any thing to eat or drink before round started. We never saw the beverage cart. Also one of our carts went dead and we could not get I touch with pro shop. There was no answer. Staff was not friendly and didn’t seem concerned at all without comments at the end of the round. Did not want to be bothered.
Talking Stick Golf Club - Piipaash
The course was in excellent condition. Staff was friendly and explained the course to us. Playing time was around 4.5 hours not bad but was waiting throughout the round. Played the Gold tees and found them quite challenging as there were several longer par 4's for the average golfer, over 400 yards. Greens were the biggest challenge as they were quite undulating and quick especially above the hole.
Would play again.
Bomb away , you can’t lose a ball on this course! Had fun.

Nice fall day in Scottsdale. Course was in great shape. This course will give you an ego boost on the handicap.
Very slow play.
Waited every hole back 9. At one point we had (4) groups of (4) on one hole.
Had to call Marshall.
BEAUTIFUL DAY ,WEATHER, COURSE.
HOWEVER THEY DID,NT HAVE MY RESERVATION
BUT THEY HAD PLENTY OF SPOTS OPEN
great course but no ball washers
The day was beautiful and sunny in the 70s
the pace of play was good we finished in4 hours
the fairways were lush , wide and welcoming
the greens were fast and rolled very true.
my only suggestion is to add ball washers on at least every other hole
we did get mud on the golf ball every so often.
We scored well and enjoyed our round.
i did not have a chance to have food at the grill so i can’t comment on
the food preparation
i will be back
