About
The Talking Stick Golf Club, designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, offers two uniquely different courses that each offer many options according to your playing skill. The Piipaash course (previously known as South at Talking Stick Golf Club), with its tree-lined fairways and raised greens defended at the sides offers a more straightforward style of play than the O'odham Course (formerly known as North at Talking Stick Golf Club).
A round of golf on the Piipaash Course at the Talking Stick Golf Club kicks off on a par-4 hole that measures 405 yards from the Black tees. Three long par-5 holes ensures that power golfers will get their kicks, with the fifth hole coming in at 516 yards, the 1fourth measuring 541 and the 16th playing to 548. The round of golf concludes on a relatively shorter par 4 that measures 323 yards.
After a round of golf on the North Course at the Talking Stick Golf Club, head back to the Wildhorse Grille for drinks and a bite to eat.

A classic Valley of the Sun desert course without the target golf
Beautiful course layout and scenery. A challenging course especially with the fairways cut long. I understand the course had recently been over seeded and the good news was that carts were allowed on the fairways. Lots of water on the course though which made for some “sloppy” approach shots from the fairways. Greens and tee boxes were in good condition.
Off the Mark.
GolfNow had my tee time set at 1:18pm and when I checked in, the pro shop said I was late and my tee time was 1:10pm. I showed him my GolfNow reserved time but he didn’t seem to care. He probably bumped my tee time around for someone else being that I was a single.
Restaurant was closed before sunset at 5pm so went offsite for a nice dinner and drinks after my round.
Played south course this time, like North course layout much more
Course very flat and underwhelming, North course much better layout in my opinion.
Great track I got partnered up with three guys I didn't know and we had a great time they were local and gave me a lot of good information about the course.
Perfect!
We happened to play the course three days after reopening it from reseeding. Not a divot was to be found on pristine grass so green it hurt your eyes. We were not pushed by others, nor did we push those in front of us. The best time to play is early in the morning 7:30 to 8:30. People on vacation don't book early times!
Better than the other T Stick course
I really liked O’odham. Much better than TS’s other golf course. Layout was superior.
Course in great shape but very slow play. Started at 1:50 and only got in 15 holes before dark

Course in very nice condition, greens rolled nice, pace of play was slow due to cart path only
Slow and buggy
Painfully slow. Tons of bugs. Gnats and misquotes that won’t leave you alone. Left after 9, couldn’t do it anymore.
