Quail Run Executive Golf Course
About
Quail Run Executive Golf Course has two sets of teeboxes for more golfing options. The course's layout features relatively wide fairways and medium-sized, mildly undulating greens. All of the greens are well protected all around by sand bunkers. The tees and greens are all elevated as well for more challenge. Although the course is mostly flat there are some slight elevation changes on the course. There is also a water hazard, a lake, which comes into play on one hole. The Quail Run Executive Golf Course facility offers different practice facilities including a chipping area and putting green.

First day open after overseed
Other than shaggy greens (to be expected) what a fun 9 hole track. Great place for a walk with a par 5 and a few par 4's. Great place for a quick 9 or do the replay with different tees for 18.
Great staff and well maintained course
We were warmly greeted upon arrival by Bill. He answered all of our novice questions and took his time with us. We've played other courses where staff is impatient, not the case here. The course was in very good condition, very well maintained. We will be playing here again soon.
Very good course, many looks.
The first time we played this course we got caught in a rain storm. But we loved the course and went back 4 times. The course has a little bit of everything, 1 par 5, 2par 4s, long and short 3s. The people are super and extremely accommodating.
All the regulars are very nice and did not push if we were having a struggle on a hole.
I recommend this course to anyone who wants a pleasant walk and play.
Management needs help
Not a freindly place for visitors, no carts available, very slow play, pasture setting with greens, would not play again or recommend to anyone I liked.
Nice course greens are great
I loved playing here, a little slow pace for me but it worked
Great test for iron play
9 hole executive course played twice from different tee boxes that play quite differently. Holes are straight forward (no dog legs) with 1 hole with water feature and several with sand. Lush greens run true and were reasonably quick. Great walking course. The number of Quail is outstanding. Lots of desert rough. Would definitely play again.
Fun little course
This is a 9 hole course and there are 2 sets of tees so you can go around twice and play 18 holes with a little different look on each hole. The course was in pretty good condition and the staff was very friendly. Even though it's an executive course, there is one par 5 over 500 yards, 2 par 4s and 6 par 3s. But the par 3s are not little holes, they are legitimate par 3s. It's a nice little course and I got a great deal on GolfNow.
Great course for the price
Short, but not too short. The greens are in wonderful condition.
Good beginner course.
Fun course, great for beginners and those who do not hit the long ball.
Great executive course.
Course is in good shape. Nice greens and fairways. Even a Par 5. I will definitely be back
slow play
Stuck behind elderly lady group........first mine took exceptionally long time.......must be sun city hazard......not recommended unless you have a lot of time to waste doing nothing
double do nines for eighteen well kept.
Walked the nine twice with two separate tee spots made the round enjoyable and different. Tee boxes, Fairways and Greens well maintained. Winter brown rough grass and desert fringes well kept. Staff greets everyone with a smile.
fun course to walk
Nice little 9 holer that you play twice from different tees. Greens were in excellent shape for a excecutive course. Played 18 holes in 2 hrs walking....lots of different holes.
Rude nosy people in club house.
Course was nice, but did not know about check in at transition.
A non-employee loud mouth in the club house insulted my group and used profanity. Kind of ruining the back nine.
This course is very friendly and well maintaned.
The course great for walking and working on your short game.
A real gem
Very good condition. Greens not the fastest, but fair. Speed of play.-very good, (less than three hours). I'll be back!
One of the nicest executives I've ever played
The fairways and greens were plush and well manicured. This is somewhat of a unique course because it plays almost like a regulation course despite the fact that it is a short little municipal. I believe I'll be playing here quite regularly in the future.
Twice around for 18
Quail Run is a nice 9 hole exec par 32. Greens can be challenging and usually protected by at least one bunker. The course provides an additional tee box for those that want to play 18. The Gold tees are shorter, longer, left or right of the primary tee boxes to give a different look and feel to each hole. Works for me. Great course for the money.
