About
Desert Springs Golf Club offers a challenging championship course with seven sets of tees so golfers can truly personalize the game to their individual abilities. The golf course is located in the Northwest Valley, bordered by the White Tank Mountains. It is a desert-style course with wide fairways and relatively large greens that have slight undulation. An astounding 17 water hazards come into play on the course as well as strategically placed sand bunkers, both putting a premium on accuracy. Desert Springs Golf Club has practice facilities for golfers to use as well, including a chipping area and putting green.

This is a golf course that I can play every day! Great condition, great pace of play, friendly staff.
I play this course during the summer a number of times. Total enjoyment!
Difficult but Fair
Room to hit the driver. but plenty of shot making required. Great SC West course. Always worth the drive out here.
Great condition
First time here and it was a really nice course. Started off not too we’ll because of those 2 older ladies at the front desk because they had a little attitude but thank God for John which made our day a lot better. Everything else was awesome after we met John.
Those 2 older ladies in the front complicated everything for us and almost ruined our first time being there till John made our day but after John took care of us our day went beautiful. Everything was AMAZING just the 2 ladies were the down fall part. FIX THE ATTITUDE AND RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS

Great course
It being a Saturday and as busy as it was play was slow and back nine. But course was in great condition and was challenging. Loved playing here

Really enjoy playing this course. This course is in good condition almost every time I have played. The greens are still recovering from being punched but they are rolling pretty good.
Very nice
Desert Springs is one of my favorite courses. We happened to play at a time just prior to the course aerating, so the conditions weren't the best and the bunkers were not maintained. Nonetheless, Desert Springs remains one of my favorite courses!
Beautiful course, fun to play
This is a favorite course to play. It is in excellent condition and has several beautiful holes with water. The water is only in play on a few. It can be difficult to get on if you are not a resident especially in the winter months. Friendly staff! Look forward to my next round!
Misleading
Did not identify the tee time as a shotgun start. Then put me as a single by myself as second group off a hole with surrounding 4 somes. Had 6 hour round of golf written all over it. At least they issued a refund.
Good pre over seeding round
Course in good shape just 2 weeks before over seeding. Played in 4:15 4:20 which I only rated average as there is not much trouble to slow a round down.

Have played course many times. And as always in excellent condition great value for the money
Quality and playability
One of four golf courses in the Sun City Grand neighborhood, and you can always count on a great golf experience. Conditions are generally top-notch, and the courses offer a fair challenge balanced with playability for everyone. It seems they are prepping for overseed, so fairways and greens are a little firmer/faster than a week ago.
Local tip--combo tee boxes are available online. I don't understand why they aren't on the scorecards.
Solid Track & Layout
Enjoyed the course, green & fast; plenty of water on the course. Sand in traps was a little hard. Really enjoyed my round there. Fairways were nice and green, rough was nice and fluffy. Plan on playing the course again.
great shape
this is a fun layout and it definitely has its challenges especially from the back tees, which are listed at just over 7000. but for this time of year the course is really in terrific shape. def worth playing and will be back
