Desert Springs Golf Club

Really enjoyed playing Desert Springs G C, a course that was NOT full of the typical burned and bare spots from tee to green that I see at many/most courses in the summer. Kudos to the G C crew and management. Staff was very friendly and the price was right for golf and also for beer and a dog. It was a bit of a drive for me to get there but it is well worth it and I will go back to play here again soon. Plus a 3 1/2 hour round on a Saturday, how great is that.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the condition of this course for August. Fairways and greens in excellent shape, better than some courses in winter. Good layout and good pace. Will definitely go back again.

Sun City Grand always keeps their courses in good condition. You can't beat the summer prices and their food and beverage prices are always reasonable.

Can't go wrong with any of the Sun City Grand courses and Desert Springs did not disappoint. Plenty of challenge for all skill levels, do yourself a favor and make a visit.

This course is usually in very good condition. The day we played, the greens were smooth and fast, fairways were in great shape and we played (twosome) in less than 3 hours. Course can be tough from the back tees, especially when the wind is blowing. Wide fairways help keep your ball in play.

Course was absolutely beautiful and in awesome condition! A little far out there, but well worth the drive for anyone1

First time we had played this course in many years. We loved it. Greens were fast with challenging slopes and wonderful surface condition. Plenty of water features to add an extra challenge. Played in a shotgun start yet still finished in 3 3/4 hours with very little waiting. Highly recommended.

Not many surprises, what you see is what you get. Nice course for golfers of varied abilities.

Immaculate! Pace of play fast! Greens smooth and undulating

Greens were a little rough and bumpy but guess that is to be expected this close to over seed time.

Tees and fairways were OK, but for some reason they decided to scalp their greens 2 weeks before overseeding. If you have a putt over 3 feet, good luck! I like this course, but the greens are so bad now it is just a waste of time.

It is being readied for overseeding so the greens are mowed close. The layout is outstanding and challenging.

The course is a fun course. It has a variety of holes and can be played from a number of tees.

This course was in the best shape I have ever seen! Thick lush fairways and tees, greens look faster than the actual but putt nicely! I will be back to play this course!!!!!!

I've always loved this trio of courses. We played Desert Springs today and it's the best conditioned course at the best price in the valley! Trying to play the full trio, Desert Springs, Granite Falls and Cimmarron.
