About
Arizona Traditions Golf Club offers a parkland style golf course that has panoramic views of the White Tank Mountains. An enhancement project for the course in 1998 put in an abundance of trees, shrubs, and flowers on the course. Although it has a short layout, the golf course is quite challenging with difficult sloped greens and rolling fairways lined with forestry. Rolling hills, extensive greenside and fairway mounding, and water hazards provide an interesting game. Five sets of tee boxes ensure that golfers of all skill levels can enjoy the course. Arizona Traditions Golf Club also has a driving range, chipping area, and putting green for golfers to use.

It wasn't planned out so that you knew where to hit the ball, Too many holes with blind shots too much trouble off the fairways and greens were pretty extreme in sloop .The fairways were good and greens were fast.

Great Course
This is a great little golf course. Fairways and greens are in excellent shape. Greens were running fast and challenging. Excellent value for the price.

Average with slow pace
Average course and conditions, greens in bad shape, fairways ok, pace of play is awful and tragically slow. You can’t get a pace while playing so you should golf with expectations to just enjoy sunshine and not expect a decent golf game. Otherwise you will be frustrated.

Expensive for the conditions
Shot-gun start? That was odd. Some greens were in bad shape. Large golf ball sized hole in one of them, and I mean an actual hole,. 1-2 inches deep. Approach to the greens were rough. It’s expensive for what you get.

Nice course conditions
Pace of play was pretty slow and backed up 3 groups on one hole. The course and greens were in very nice shape.

Disappointed
Thought I booked a 12:30 tee time, it turned out to be a shot gun start at 1:00 with two foursomes on each hole. Slow play had to wait every hole and were also pushed ever hole. I don’t care of that type of play..not recommended.

A course for everyone
I've played here a few times and always enjoy my round. I personally do not play the course very well, it does not fit my eye and challenges my skills, which are not that great to begin with. It has been a year since I have played because of health challenges and I am just getting back on the course. I broke 100 for the first time since coming back and had a really great time with a couple of guys I joined up with. The greens were pretty rough and needed attention but this course was in overall good shape.

Where’s the grass?
Fairways were bare, no excuse for that, layout was good, greens were pretty good except 18 which is the worst designed green I’ve ever seen. I’d play it again. I lost my ball marker right off the bat, a two inch round TommyBahama marker which was not only expensive but near and dear to me. Despite notifying the pro shop, I never got a call which is not only disappointing but angered me greatly! I hope whoever stole it gets his putter stolen from his bag or breaks his leg.

Very nice place to play
Thought the shotgun start was odd but it works very well. No delays, play flowed very well and course was in great shape. Will definately play again.

A good challenge and great condition
This is our first time is a Course and we were impressed with the condition of the fairways and greens. Pace of play was fair and likely a little slow as we were squeezed in as a courtesy. We will definitely be back!!!!

Course is in good shape
It's a bit of a drive out to Surprise, but the value is usually worth the trip. This time though, have to say the course conditions are as good as I've seen them. Fairway overseed is great, greens are super fast, friendly people. Good job Traditions.
