Arizona Traditions Golf Club

We thought this was a great course! The greens read and rolled true and the grass around the greens was thick, but playable. I also thought this course allowed you to use all the clubs on your bag, not just your driver and your gap. The shotgun start was interesting, especially since we were first timers at the course and really had difficulty with a few of the holes. Bit overall great course with nice facilities. Great job guys!

This course is always great, pace was alittle slow but that’s expected with a full course. Played this course at least 6 times, always fun.

Price is about what it should be but wouldn’t pay any more for this course. Anything off the fairway is dirt and space dead grass that resembles hitting off of concrete.

Over booked and mismanaged! Took 1 hour to play first FOUR holes! Unacceptable. At one point, FIVE foursomes backed up at 1 hole. Had to call pro shop to send out a marshal to finally get things moving. Even after that, pace of play was terribly slow.

Was not worth $75 dollars.

Indifferent staff as well. We finally {group of four} gave up and left after 15 holes and well over 4.5 hours.

We all live in Surprise and have played this course many, many times. Never experienced anything like this before. Won't go back anytime soon.

Course was in pretty good shape,not long by any means but it's a test for sure,Greens were in great shape

I really like this course, but the pace of play is absolutely ridiculously slow! I mean every time. Even in visiting with an employee of the course while waiting to tee off, he says he hears this complaint a lot. He said the owner is all about booking as many as possible in the hour and even as people complain, she won’t change. Our start time was 1:40pm and could only finish 14 holes before dark. I won’t be back soon.

The only thing the course had going for it was conditions are decent, nothing special but for the price 0 complaints on that, everything else about my experience was terrible. We got to hole 3 and there was 4 groups waiting at the tee box, it took us 3 hours to play the front 9 and we had to wait 5+ mins at every tee box. We got to the club house barely after 5 to grab a drink and something to eat and they were already closed. We Saw the cart girl once and it was just overall bad experience I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Also the course layout is not the best either every hole feels like it’s crammed in next to each other and you just have golf balls from from random tee box’s flying past you while you are putting.

Fairways and greens are in great shape, rolling smooth. However, if you miss fairway you’re hitting out of dirt. Course layout was a bit awkward as you can get caught in some sliced tee shots.
