Arizona Traditions Golf Club

This course has so much potential. Great course layout, beautiful views, and great practice area. Course needs new management from the pro shop to the greens keeping/maintenance team. They just don’t care and everyone just doesn’t want to be there, culture needs to change. Greens were terrible each one had huge scaring from mowers that were not aligned right or gas leaks. Previous cups were not properly plugged, volcanoes you had to putt over or very low creators where previous holes were. Properly teach our greens keeper how to cut cups it starts with having pride in your work and clearly the super does not. Definitely not worth the price but has so much potential.

This is a very well run course that I enjoy playing at. The pace of play for this round was perfect. I had a great time with the three other golfers I played with.

I moved to Arizona in May and have only played the Sundance course because it's 1 min away. Going to Traditions and not knowing the surroundings was made very easy by an

friendly and informative gentleman named Mike (cart guy). I was fortunate to be grouped with 3 other golfers that had played the course before and knew their way around. Course was well manicured and loved the pine trees and greener plushness of the course. I will come back for sure!

Was a fun course to play, but the greens were in dire need of some attention. Lots of muddy places on the green approaches. Staff that checked us in were very friendly and accommodating.

Got my shoulder replaced lately and finding my swing has been difficult. Still, I was paired with some patient and friendly guys and had a great day. The course is in pretty great shape, but for some areas of thin grass and winter to summer transition (here in AZ there really is a very short spring). I had difficulty with pin placements which seemed particularly difficult for armature golfers (really tucked into very tough spots).

Course was in good condition especially compared to other inexpensive courses that we have recently played. Just far out if you're not located in NW Phoenix are close by areas.

They want you to pay for cart after I paid on Golfnow. I went with three other people who owned their carts and they said pay for going by yourself or go with one who owns their cart. ???? And when booking said cart included which has been the case every time I play there.

Some ground under repair markings caused balls to plug and it was on 4/5 holes

Pin placements very tough which was awesome - but tee boxes need a little refreshment

Nice day for golfing. A little breezy but not too bad. Course was in good shape and greens were very good and quite fast. Some of the pin placements were on a steeper grade than I would have liked which I guess is one of the defenses of the course. Pace of play was good except the slower group in front of us. Marshall talked to them and they seemed to pick up the pace on the back nine. Shot gun start on this day which I didn't mind, got everyone going at the same time.
