The layout of the course is nice. Longest hole is 145ish. Course is in good shape and so are the greens.

Don't think I'll be back

The staff here was super friendly I'll say that first because they deserve it, but after that it's all downhill. I'm not joking there was a group of six guys on the first tee with soccer balls kicking them down the fairway I thought they were just messing around but I guess that's a thing at this course. So, if you don't mind soccer cleat prints in the greens, screaming children everywhere and slow play then this is your place.

My only option

I’m traveling and attempted to get on the South course. Plan B as most tracks are booked.

The par 3 is getting hammered . Folks lined up to play. Mats are in bad shape so the surrounding turf is non existent . No one is repairing pitch marks. The “fairways” are actually nice and the greens are undulating, quick and mostly domed. This place could be

Small course

It’s a super small course. You don’t really need anything other then a pitching wedge and putter. You are swinging off a mat in all holes. If you play whites off the tee the grass is pretty tall and can affect your shot. It would have been nice to have a hole longer then 120 yards. You can’t really get a feel for your clubs here. Finding the teed is a challenge too. There isn’t any signs posted to where the next hole is. I got a bit lost looking for the second hole. Other then that the greens were good and small fairways were nice.
