Greens where in great shape especially after recent punch. Fairways improved but, still need work on a lot of bare spots and hard pan.

Fairways still have lots of bare spots. Greens are coming back nicely after recently being punched. GPS not working in carts.

Greens SLOW,Long Grass, obviously Aerated fairly recently, grass allowed to grow. I'm sure in a few weeks they'll be good but it was a surprise for our group when we got to the 1st green.

Weekend no beer cart.

The greens have always been the reason I come back to Metro, they're generaly pretty quick and true.

If you're going to charge full rate and not even let people know thery were recently aerated and then the rest of the course is in very poor condition then i think you'll lose customers.

Reduce the rate by $10 - put a sign at check in that says "reduced rates due to recently aerated greens" and people will respect that.

Geese dropping are a part of the norm throughout the BA golf scene, but this was ridiculous. I’ve never encountered the amount of droppings like I did the other day to the point where it made it disgusting to walk the course. I hope something can be done to minimize this issue.

This is a very good course if you play early. We played at 6am and were done by 10am. This is how golf should be. Not incredibly difficult and you can get away with some errant shots. Greens are in great condition right now. Play here.

I recommend playing here, and if you want to get in your steps - this is the place to do it. Great views with the Oakland airport and the plans coming in to land. Feels like a mini-vacation. Staff is way cool and they treat you like adults here, if you know what I mean. My advice? Book it!!

Enjoyed myself due to good pace of play for first 12 holes and very nice weather (not too windy as is often the case at Metro). The big disappointment was finding out the greens had been much more recently punched (probably w/i the week) than expected.....and wasn't informed online. But, for a reduced rate (obviously why a deal was available) it could've been a worse experience.

Fairways not in good shape. lots of bare and hardpan areas. Greens recently punched so not quite ready for favorable conditions.

The price was outrageous for this course. The layout is flat, no nice views really and lear jets overhead constantly. The tee boxes haven't been taken care of maybe ever. Fairways were decent, just decent. Greens were pretty good, clearly the only thing they take care of.

Greens were fast and in good shape. Pace of play was slow and course was unable to give me a cart so, I ended up walking. Fairways had many dirt patches and weeds.
