Country club conditions for a par 3 course
Corica takes very good care of their Par 3 course. Greens and rough are what you would see at a country club. Great quick 9 holes or beginner course.
Short game practice course
Great little par 3 course, turf Matt’s set up at each tee to limit the damage. Little windy but not crowded. Great short game practice course. George
Great par 3
Sweet mellow par 3. Great way to work out the kinks in your iron and short game.
Father's Day
Place was slow, but that was because of all of the families celebrating father's day and having a great time...including mine!
6some really?
Well it was a beautiful day but on a par 3 course it seems ridiculous to let anything over a 4some play together but apparently here you can have 6somes.I just passed these goofy guys and started on the 2nd hole.Which was funny because they came walking up as I was teeing off and I hit my first ever Hole in One! so that was cool and they didn't have to wait on me either. This is a fun track but beware lots of beginners here so pace is very slow,or fathers with there 6-7 year old sons trying to teach them golf so if your impatient this is not for you other then that it was really fun.
Fun and quick
The course is short, but fun. The greens are not very forgiving so a great opportunity to work on your putting and chipping. The tee box is a bit weird because they have turf, so it's hard to put down a tee. Overall a cool 9-hole par 3
Great par 3 course
I played the Mif Albright par 3 course yesterday. This was a very challenging
Course with big complex greens. Super clean course. I wanted to play it again right away.
Redesigned/Renoated 9 hole Par 3 course
They eliminated the only Par 4 and it is now a true and short Par 3. Since the course is easy and new, it attracts many people, some of them are beginners or first time pick up a golf club - that's fine but can see deterioration on the greens as many ball marks are not repaired. Management should remind golfers at check in that they should repair their ball mark on the green. Only negative is all T-boxes are with mat.
Completely renovated/redesigned 9 hole Par 3 course
Course in good condition but can see deterioration on the greens as most players don't repair divot. Management should put up signs to remind golfers to repair their own divot. Only negative is all T boxes are with mat.
Mif is too short
Excellent condition, good lay out, but too short even for a 9 hole course. It is only around 1000 yard, and mainly a wedge play course.
Short course, challenging green.
This review is for the new Mif par 3 course.
We're a little disappointed as we have to tee off on a mat instead of grass. Getting on the green shouldn't be a big problem for anyone with <20 handicap. Getting on the right part of the green will be, as the ball will roll off the green on most holes. The green is fast compare to the 2 adjacent 18 hole courses. The pin placement is also tough on a few holes.
Since the holes are very close together and are surrounded by little hills, any miss hits is automatic "fore".
It's a pitch and putt!
Not an executive par 3 course. It's a pitch and putt. It's well maintained for a pitch and putt, but you MUST know it is a pitch and putt.
Mif Albright is a great beginners' course
The 9-hole is a great spot to allow beginners to have some fun. There is no pressure and it allows time for them to test out their new skills on a short course. Some of the greens had holes and were bumpy and the fairways could use a cut, but for the cost, it's a nice value. The staff is very friendly.
