The price is always right the course is in great shape and speed of play is very good to excellent On weekdays.

Decent course but compared to others in the area, the conditions are below average. Plenty of doglegs make it a little tough on first-timers.......some pretty easy par 4's and par 3's with one extremely difficult hole, #10 which borders on unfair as it is almost impossible to hold the severely sloping fairway. In a very sunny area, which for this area is a little unusual.

Good condition for older course, BYOB if playing after 3 even on weekends, wow the money they are losing

Greens need attention, but I'm guessing it is due to the very dry weather we are having. Nevertheless, I did enjoy my day at Laguna Seca.

A true Monterey jewell and tests your shotmaking throughout the course. Sand is a bit sticky so you need to be a good bunker player on many holes

Some greens need attention and cart paths are in great need of repair.

A beautiful sunny day. the course is in great shape. need to play it a couple of times to get acquainted with some of the course features, particularly on the back 9. Overall, a great outing.

Haven't played here for a while. Always felt the course design was well done by RTJ Sr & Jr. Course condition was overall good. Even though it was wet in the morning the greens rolled nicely. Plays longer than the 6127 yds due to uphill fairways. The elevation changes & bunkering keep you focused on the optimum club selection. It was a good warm up before our afternoon round at bayonet. Will definitely be back again.

Poa Annua greens played nicely with lots of break on the greens. The rolling hills make it challenging to read a putt. Very picturesque!

The course was excellent. It was such a peaceful location and very enjoyable. I count it one of the best course ever.

Although the greens were in great condition, the bunkers are full of rocks and unfriendly sand. Sometimes muddy and other times dry as a bone with rocks and hardpan. Other than being backed up to two five somes, the pace of play would have been perfect.
So, long short, it was a great day. Exercise patience with some time delays and unfriendly bunkers and it will be a nice day.

This course is a great little treasure, especially with the low-cost tee times that are sometimes offered. The course seems to always be excellent shape, although my last round seemed to be plagued with many greens that our fellow golfers failed to repair their ball marks. It seemed that on every hole, I could easily find at least 2-3 ball marks that needed repair within my immediate vicinity. This is extremely annoying to me, but, since it was later in the afternoon, not sure you will have that problem in the morning. Another small, complaint is the distance you have to travel to the practice range, as you need to take a cart up a fairly decent hill away from the golf course. Other than that, you will surely enjoy the peaceful, quite surrounds, some beautiful views, and a varying layout that will let you hit the long ball and test your short iron accuracy. Overall, you will almost always have a great experience on this course.

The course is in great shape, the weather was perfect which is rare for the area. The fairways are in great shape as are the greens. I wish my game was as good as the course. I'll play again and again.

This course is tricky. The greens are bumpy and the inconsistent blend of "cu-kill-ya grass " makes this a destination to skip. You never really know how your ball will react with a chip or pitch shot. Some will bite super quickly and some will release over the back. I dropped several balls in the same location using the same chipping motion with different results every time :(.

More good quality sand needed in traps.
Cart paths deteriorated. Need repairs.

This course requires more thought and shot placement rather than just seeing how far you can hit it

Played on a Tuesday morning, nobody playing. Flew through the course. I have a natural fade to my shot (right handed). Everything doglegs left. No yardage markers in fairway. Sprinklers not measured. Fun course. Would play it again.

Tee boxes were browned out in spots and uneven. Fairways and greens were in pretty good shape.

Enjoyed the day very much. It is well maintained course.

The course is set in a lovely area, and the price is right.
