Black Horse at Bayonet/Black Horse Golf Course

Bayonet blackhorse should have a simple membership program, with a yearly membership that begins the day of purchase like The Dukes Club, and then offer half off tee times and carts for morning and Twilight times the The Hawk club at Cinnabar Hills. A simple to understand, customer friendly membership program should increase play and Bayonet blackhorse bottom line profit

I’ve played Black Horse abt 15 times. This is best shape I’ve seen it. There are large areas of thick sand in front of some tee boxes and along a few of the fairways, but they rarely come into play. Green, fairways and tee boxes in excellent shape. Even the range was like hitting from well conditioned fairway. Staff friendly and helpful. 4 stars for value because by waiting I can usually find fee on GN for under $90. But best I could do yesterday was $111 (playing Bayonet tomorrow for $71.50 including convenience fee). I’ll continue playing BH and highly recommend it.

Great course, fairways were in great condition and greens were fast. With undulations. Overall, great experience on a Sunday afternoon. I would definitely go back and try Bayonet next time as well.

Cart girl is an emotional piece of work, other than that everything all good

Greens weren't as good as they usually are. Lot of stuff going on around the course, didn't seem like it use too. Don' like the addition of the homes but I know it is all about money.

Great course- a bit too much new fairway sand which makes it narrower now.

Must be short on water? Challenging and yet very enjoyable and the staff and facilities are great!

I had a blast that day on the course. It was in really good shape and the greens were smooth and quick. I can’t wait to return for another round.

The course has really changed with ALL THE NEW HOMES GOING UP. I liked what they did with adding all the sand in the waste areas.

Great designs have landing areas for intermediates with interesting challenges for advanced players. This course has some of the dumbest landing areas i have ever seen. i liked the old general's design. Also so important there is no physical warning of where the carts stop working when near the green. all it would take is a simple colored stick in the ground. equally important we heard the course manager yell at another party for not realizing the invisible barrier - so rude and unnecessary especially when its managements fault for being so lazy as to not putting up small warning signs.
