Deer Island is a good challenging golf course, very friendly staff and I would recommend course.

Tee off time 8:10am Unfortunately our (2 ball) was stuck behind 4 ball (men over 70) who were more bothered about looking for balls in every lake than playing golf. Held up from hole 2 every shot. Then they want to be your best friend at the end of the round. If only they new the word “ Etiquette” then golf would be enjoyable for everyone.Marshall’s nowhere to be seen!

FANTASTIC COURSE

ONLY ISSUE IS ONE OF THE PAR THREE ISLANDS HAVE CAVED IN AND THERE IS A TEMPORARY GREEN. GREENS ARE PERFECT , ALMOST EVERY HOLE HAS WATER AND YOULL SEE A LOT OF WILDLIFE. GREAT COURSSE TO PLAY!

Course in fabulous condition. 17 holes were perfect. 1 par 3 had a temporary green because the support for the semi island green collapsed. Truthfully we just Skipped that hole. Mosquitos were bad but we had prepared for that. PLAY THIS COURSE.
