Mission Inn Resort & Club - Las Colinas Course
About
Las Colinas is one of two championship golf courses at Mission Inn Resort. It is less challenging than the other course, El Campeon, but both provide enjoyable and unique rounds. Las Colinas sprawls across gently rolling hills with elevation changes that are less startling than those found throughout the older El Campeon course. Twisted oak hammocks and a sprinkling of lush pines accent Las Colinas. The golf course has an inland links layout that boasts wide-open, forgiving fairways and large, receptive greens. There is an interesting variety of risk/reward opportunities as well as a few forced carries. The course has many player-friendly features but its classic architecture does call for a fair amount of accuracy, especially on its signature hole, the par-5 12th. Nicknamed "Alligator Alley," this 493-yard hole features a winding, tree-lined fairway.

Best In Show
Finally was able to play several other area courses
(Deer Island, Red Tail, Arlington) to make a comparison. Both Mission Inn courses were the BEST. High marks in every category. Don't leave Florida without playing here at Mission Inn. The people are top notch and the experience was worth every dollar. Did I mention the world famous bakery just down the road!
Great price and course.
Got a 25 dollar hot deal on this course. Maybe the best deal ive ever got on golf now. Great layout in flawless condition.
Good course, excellent upkeep, friendly staff, kept a lot of real nature on the course, where there were houses they were beautiful. Strangely long distance between some holes. Not one you could walk.
Excellent in all respects
This is a first class golf venue. Even though the courses were very busy the staff were professional and efficient. Course excellent.
Really liked the course and it's condition.
Great golf course for the money. Best course I played while in Florida.
some course maintance
Really nice course but the fairways had been aerated and the greens had fresh fertilizer and were slower than normal but they should be perfect next week.
Loved Mission Inn Resort!
My husband and I, along with another couple, were enroute to south Florida and wanted to break up our trip. We booked a golf package at Mission Inn Resort although we knew very little about the courses. We played both El Campeon and Las Colinas. El Campeon was our favorite, a classic, lush course with a very fair layout and great conditions. We thought Las Caolinas was fun but not in as superb shape as El Campeon. We will certainly go back to Mission Inn Resort...this was a great experience for all of us!
horrible starter
We golfed on Sunday Feb. 19/17, 12:01 and arrived an hour early but noticed no none had teed off for the first fifteen minutes so asked the starter if we could tee off and he said no there was a shotgun, after watching a couple of singles tee off in the next 15 min. he said we had to go off as a foursome (no shotgun). In addition
the people at the registration desk assured us there was a cart girl every few holes but there wasn't one the whole way and the course didn't return to the clubhouse at nine.
They are not truthful.
Amazing experience!
One of the best courses I've ever played. The scenic view was amazing.
Las Colinas
Very challenging course. Greens and fairways were in great shape. Fairways were wide.
30 years of enjoyment
I just returned from playing Las Colinas and El Campeon. The courses were in the best condition ever. That is saying a lot since I have been coming here for 30 years. Always such challenging and fair golf courses.
Beautiful Layout
We really enjoyed our round. The course has many different types of holes, some long, some short, some wide open and some tight. Overall, the green speed was slow however. The par 3's are long from the white tees, two of them over 180 yards. We played Super Bowl Sunday so we were never held up at all.
We have been coming to the Mission Inn for thirty years and it is very easy to give 5 star ratings in every category. From course conditions to friendly and helpful staff it is very easy to keep coming back
Good course but nothing special
We've been going to Florida for a three to four day golf trip for the last few years. On our second day we played the two Mission Inn golf courses Las Colinas and El campeon. Las Colinas was a good course, in good shape and decent value for your money but it's nowhere near the quality of El campeon. We decided to play El campeon and then play the replay at Los Colinas. If I had the chance to do it over again I would have played el campeon twice. Unfortunately for Las Colinas it is one of two corses at Mission Inn and the other one being one of the best courses in the country. If you decide to go to Mission inn play El campeon and if you decide to play twice in a day play it twice, you won't be missing anything at Las Colinas.
Good but not great
Green were really good. Would play it again but not at rack rates. Very slow pace of play and never saw a Marshall all day
Love this place
I Played El Campeon earlier this year and hadn't heard much about Las Colinas. Wow am I glad I gave it a shot, a great course!!! Not as challenging and did not have the big elevation changes but the quality of this facility for the money is easily the best in the Orlando area. Food at Nickers is fantastic as well!!! Love this place, I'm coming back for another vacation before the end of January and plan on playing 36 at the Mission Inn facility.
