Greens have improved
I guess they finally got a new greens keeper because the greens are finally coming back to life and are playable again, best shape ive seen it in a long time.
We've played there 2x now!
The course is good the price if fair. Not to many hazards like water. We always have fun playing there.
Good value
Challenging layout but not unfair. Tree lined fairways and holes flow well throughout the surrounding neighborhood.
Couse is improveing. Nice layout
The greens are getting a lot better. Played there last week and the course was in good shape. Not a bad course at all. Very nice layout.
Course is a good course. May be a little expensive not to have a great practice area.
Played May 10th, course in pretty good shape, its worth playing but may be a little expensive on weekdays.
Greens are in good shape
The prior reviews re poor greens are outdated. With the exception of a few spots on #1, the greens are good. Some minor burns to some edges here and there, but what course in NE FL doesnt have this? Greens rolled true, overall course condition very good and 4 very demanding par 5s. Was my first time playing and really enjoyed the old style layout.
Course has something for everyone. Always play it when I'm in town.
nothing to add!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Course is in pretty good shape.
The greens need some attention. They have areas with no grass on them even those with full sun on them. Several putts would jump and lose speed going over these bare patches. The greens in general are slow.
This is a good layout. Greens are receiving alot of attention.
This course is a fun course and has a friendly staff. They greens had suffered a bit from something that looks like fungus. The crew was working hard on them and they look to be coming back nicely. All in all, it was a good round of golf.
Greens were horrible.
Dew wasn't swept, greens were more dirt than grass. Horrible surface conditions therefore over priced. There should be a warning in the pro shop before you pay. We finally just called it a two putt and pick'd up...my guest was disapointed. Not worth the green fee
Poor conditioning!
The course has poor conditioning. The greens are dead is some places. It's very close to my house, but I usually drive 15-30 minutes to get to courses that are better conditioned and have the same green fees.
Fair condition golf course
greens were in poor condition due to green seeds they applied to help grass growing
They just sanded the greens!!!
The course would have been great if there wasnt some much sand on the greens.
Not too bad
Greens were horrible, aerated and covered in sand. Like putting on the beach! We were compensated with $25 coupon for the next round do to course conditions. I really like the course layout and they do keep things running smoothly. Another week or so and the course will be perfect.
Worth the money. Greens should be faster.
Average course layout. The course was not busy, I could proceed at my personal rythm. The greens did not impress me.
Greens are trashed, DO NOT GO!
Greens are areated and seeded. Numerous bunkers are being ripped apart. I would not play this course for 10$ in it's current condition.
not good
greens were punched and sanded. i cannot believe they charged me $38.00 for 18 holes to play on this. Some holes no grass around greens and some fairways not much grass to hit off of. Course is worth about $25.00 a round right now. Needs a lot of work and this is the 2nd time i played there and it was in the same condition, A year ago i swore i wouldn't play there again and decided to give it another try this year and nothing has changed.
Not a scenic course . Only useful to practice
Green quality was not so good as usual other courses.
We use blue tee as 6400 yards. Fairways quality was average.
We expected a better level.
Fun layout
Tight layout between houses. You'll use almost every club in your bag to play this course. Winter conditions, so expectations weren't high. Located in a slightly older area, was probably pristine initially but shows wear from years of use and maintenance that hasn't quite kept up.
Tee boxes were gnarly, greens were pretty nice for March. Fairways were winter condition. Bunkers were decent. Worth it for less than $30.
