I enjoyed playing the first nine holes. Pace was great! However the back nine.....very slow! No ranger visible to oversee pace. I saw a turtle moving across one the fairways at a faster pace than us! Very frustrating. Staff friendly and cart girl nice as well. Ok experience.

Very nice course. I enjoyed the architecture and the challenge. It was the first time I played it and it did not disappoint.

1st time playing here, however conditions were Good, but Pace of Play terrible and that's being a Thursday Morning, need to put a Ranger A 4Some ahead of Us was very slow and sometimes hitting 2+ balls from tee or fairway, that's not acceptable!! Took close to 5 hrs to finish the Round long Day and very Warm too. If you are in the area give it a try, but not if you are in a hurry!!

Slow slow play. Tee boxes beat up. Sides of fairways chewed up with sparse grass or just dirt to play off. Greens pretty fast but still in pretty poor shape for at least half of the holes. Too many rounds being played on this course with minimum course upkeep. Would not play there again.

I had a great time golfing this course. Foursome with a good pace. It started pouring on 17 but they were so nice to honor a 9-hole rain check for our team. Thank you!

I came as Single but was paired with three other Singles to a Foursome. Never played hers before, but will do it again. Beautiful course in good shape with lot's of water hazards.

Management seems to be making improvements around the course; the greens and green-side areas.

Simple review.........drive past and never look back.

Nice rolling greens. Lot of water and you get to use every club in the bag. I'm a short hitter but tend to stay straight. Good shots are rewarded. Enjoyed

Not having played the course is quite awhile, I was curious as to the playing conditions. Except for slow greens, due to the fact the greens had only been 'punched' about 2 weeks prior, I found the course to be in great shape!! Would definitely recommend to people to play if they haven't.

This course is nice and somewhat centrally located in Jacksonville. The greens are always in decent shape and staff are always friendly.

One of the best values anywhere. Course in fantastic shape. Greens had just been aerated when I played but I knew that going in. If not for that, it's 5 stars across the board. Can't find a course like that for the price anywhere.

Great value for the money. Course was in good condition. Cart paths are very bumpy, No ball washers, small issues considering the quality of the course and the fee paid.

I really enjoyed my round and the fairways and greens are in great condition!

Pace of play was slow.4 hrs 40 minutes but really nice course

Played 18 holes on a Sunday at noon. Booked my time through gold now an hour in advance for $40. Hard to beat that price with a cart on a weekend. The fairways were solid, greens were smooth but very slow especially considering how firm they were. Tee boxes were in decent shape. Lots of dirt/sand in the rough and in a perfect world that wouldn't matter, except I hardly ever hit the fairway so it was a big deal to me. Overall course is right with lots of water and sand. Not the greatest condition but for the price I'll definitely play again.

Best value in the jacksonville beach area. Course is always in great condition and for the price makes its so much more worth it compared to what is around. The staff is really friendly and personable too.

Don,t get me wrong, it is a nice lay out, with lots of water and some nice features. Greens seemed to roll fine with nice fairways and features. But it almost seemed like the course was poorly booked. I have heard from people who play this course a lot, this is a bit of A problem. We ended up finishing our 18 in 5 hours and 30 minutes. I would consider playing during the week, but if you're a weekend golfer looking to get in a quick round, look elsewhere.

course was in better shape than I remember from a few rounds a few yrs ago, and much better than comparable public venues in our area. Challenging but not daunting. Had light traffic though near end of round ran into a slow group who took multiple shots when necessary and seemed to be giving each other lessons.
