About
The brilliant Terry LaGree design harmonizes with spectacular scenery to create Royal Oaks -- a unique and picturesque course. Powder sand bunkers dot undulating fairways lined by stately oaks and shimmering water. The course, part of the Audubon system, has preserved mature trees and native vegetation, making it a sanctuary for migratory birds and an unmatched setting for your game. The 6,650-yard par 72 course features four tee boxes on every hole. The front nine is characterized by rolling fairways with up to 35-foot elevation changes, lined with tall Slash Pines and Blue Jack Oaks. The back nine features an open meadow appearance with stands of stately live oaks shading some of the greens. Generous landing areas reward well-placed shots.

Another Wonderful Round
Always a great time here,it starts with the staff in Pro Shop,the Starter, the Ranger, the Cart man are all friendly and genuinely glad to see you and make us feel welcome and wanted. The course is in tip top shape. By far our favorite course.
Course in good shape
Course was in good shape. Pace was very good. We did not see the group in front of us until 11th hole. Moderate difficult, mostly level. Very playable. Staff are very friendly. Worth the visit.
Traditional almost new England feel
Straightforward course in very good condition. Not a lot of trouble on many holes in the way of water or bunkers. Generous fairways and greens.
Definitely worth playing more than once if you are in the area.

The course was great and my game was on. What more could one ask
All around great course
Every thing about this course was great. Greens putted true and were at just the right speed for an enjoyable round.
Decent. Nothing great but good. Enjoyable course but can be difficult at times. Fairway and green were very good.
GIVE IT A TRY!
Give this course a try. Great greens - roll them in the fairways. Fairly easy tree lined layout. Great practice putting green but no range. Well worth a Golf Now Hot Deal.
course was in good shape, greens a little soft and slower than usual.Pace of play slow.
Enjoyable
Attractive, challenging for beginners and intermediate. Will play again, even after leaving 3 balls in the water.
Nice Track for the price
Like the course layout, only issue we had is the greens are very grass thin and it is easy to skull the ball, sorta typical for this area in the winter, but we have played on better courses that had more grass. It was a good time for the price!
Fun
My golfing buddy and I were matched up with another player it was a lot of fun at big plus he was a Villanova fan
Nice fair golf course
Conditions here were average, greens slower than most, layout is fairly interesting. Nice dining area and friendly clubhouse staff.

A little windy at the start, a little cool
The course was in surprisingly great shape because it rained for about 16 to 20 hours off and on the previous 24 hours. No cart restrictions and start was almost on time. We did not wait after first two holes and no body was pushing us. It was windy and cool to start and took almost 9 holes (around 2 PM) for wind to drop and feel a little warmer. Course was good as usual with just enough challenge. A good golf day all in all!

Excellent layout and all bunkers very playable, greens are near perfect, staff was very helpful and restaurant had a good menu
