Grand Cypress - North/South

Discounted green fees made our experience even more valued and appreciated. Course conditions were superb!!!

Grand Cypress was the find of my first trip to Orlando. The course was spectacular, the staff friendly and knowledgeable.
I understand that the LPGA Championship has been held here and it would be a great event to watch. The greens were tough but true with a number of very challenging approach shots.
9 and 18 are a pair of great holes with a significant water hazard between them.
Would definitely play this again.

Played East 9 first and really enjoyed it.
Was disappointed when playing approach shots not to have a pin sheet as all yard ages were green centre only.
New holes on the North were not on the GPS and were a bit confusing
However nice course and enjoyed playing it.

Fairways over grown...not sure if they just over seeded...wasn't informed if they did...not too green either...greens sandy....great layout and staff is top notch...pace was great but it was a Wednesday mowning and we were second group off. I was staying at a disney resort (Polynesian) and the can ride was super quick...I put it above the disney courses.

Wish I had time to play it everyday on my vacation. Liked everything about the place.

I love to come back to this place. It has an excellent service overall. The course is in pristine condition and greens are fast. We played the combination South/East, as the North was undergoing some maintenance. After a great round we had a very good dinner in the clubhouse.

Overall it is maybe the best you can play in Orlando there is just nothing missing…

Greens under repair should tell customers ahead of time no ice coolers on carts.? Staff so so . No drink specials

I have played this course on multiple occasions and my favorite course in orlando. I have played many premier courses like pebble beach, tpc sawgrass and bethpage, east lake, and athletic club so that is the reason that I say its 90 percent better. But as far as local public courses this course ranks second in my book. Only followed by my best ranking course Sarasota national in Venice florida.

Someone from the golf course called me and want to move my teatime back one hour that's one hour later than my scheduled teatime

Excellent golf course, played the East course and the North course, both 9's were in fantastic condition. The east course is much tighter and challenging of the tee, the greens are very small, undulating and fast, just what you want if you are playing well.

I got a great deal on golf now, would definitely recommend this golf course, The ladies LPGA was played her earlier this year.

Grand Cypress North/South/East is a must play for a keen golfers!!!!

I play in orlando all the time and have never played grand cypress. I was really doing myself a disservice. The drive in was beautiful, valet parking was nice, staff inside was friendly and super quick. I was in and out of there in 60 seconds. Range balls were plentiful, starter was more then accommodating to pair me with who would be more suited for my game. Course was in excellent condition, fairways were great, greens were in great shape. The south course had some challenging holes but the gps made laying up simple for never seeing it before. ALogn with some cool holes with some elevation and some hills. East course was more traditional of what I normally play, had a fun island green that had pine trees on it. It was warm but it being overcast really helped the temperature. I heard the new course is great as well, but maybe wait a couple more weeks for the greens to fully come back after being punched. Looking forward to going back soon, great rates for locals.

Outstanding course. Moderate difficult. The water hazards are a challenge.

I booked this course for my brothers 40th birthday we stayed at bay hill and were more impressed with grand cypress the staff and course were impeccable .

We got a great deal from golf now. We were a twosome and pace of play was very good. Probably because there was plenty of other twosomes in front of us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I tip my hat to the gentleman who, when I asked where the ice and water were before starting our round, mentioned where to find. While we were at the driving range he brought us large cups of water and ice from the restaurant! !
Really enjoyed the hot and steamy round despite the heat index of 120 degrees. Cannot wait to play the new course.

The South course is extremely difficult. Very narrow and the greens are diabolical penalizing even the minor misses. Course was in great shape. They punched the greens a few weeks back so you can still see the holes, but almost healed and rolling just fine. Definitely should play!

Had a great day with the wife playing this course and was very impressed with the staff facilities and the course. Even more pleased with my score played off the back tees and shot a gross 82 take off my 16 handicap and played well below my handicap.
