Twin Rivers Golf Club
About
At Twin Rivers Golf Club experience a course that combines the natural beauty of Florida with a consistent test of shot-making abilities. Nestled between two rivers this golf club offers eighteen unique and challenging holes surrounded by environmentally protected areas.
The fairways are well defined, and the greens, surrounded by mounds and pairs or trios of large bloomy bunkers, provide ample targets. Most holes encourage the player to favor one side of the fairway or green over the other, steering away from large and obvious hazards such as lakes, trees, or the large, flat bunkers.
All of this adds up to a very nice and playable course that tips out at only 6,636 yards and thus, due particularly to the price, is a first page recommendation for those seeking public golf in Orlando.

Twin rivers
Course was in great shape - harder than I expected but great value for the money
Worst customer care and president ever!
So let’s start off by saying that the President of the golf course delayed a golf outing for an hour shotgun start so that he could play skins with his buddies. Now, after that that created a delay in the start times by an hour and change for all the people that were willing in paying customers that were after the golf outing that they allowed us to book. Not only that, but when asking the clubhouse, why are we delayed almost an hour and a half to two hours they told us well. The members get priority so we’ve been fitting them in the gaps. We sat at the first T for 42 minutes waiting with an empty tea box for them to have groups that we’re getting lunch and drinks at the clubhouse, but we weren’t allowed to tee off because they didn’t want us to interrupt their rate of play. This was absolutely abysmal and unacceptable. Think of the president of a company that decides that his needs to gamble with his buddies and friends in the mornings to play skins, takes the priority over paying customers and the paying golf outing and people that have a schedule to meet and scheduled to keep. But I guess that means just rules for the but not for me. This guy seems like a real tool and extremely selfish and would probably make a great politician because he wants to do everything his way when he works for us and he works for the people that pay the association and pay the golf courses. We don’t work for you I’ve golfed over 100 courses in the last year and this by far was the absolute worst service the only people that were decent human beings that tried their best were the two young men in the golf shop one in the morning and one in the evening. The worst part was them coming around and telling us we are sorry for the delay, but please stop by the pro shop and we will give you a free round of golf But by the time we get to the clubhouse, the management is all gone. They decide to leave for the day and the young man in the golf shop, we all felt so bad for because everyone was so angry because they were handing you a coupon for 10% off roughly of your next round of golf. This was absolutely pathetic as I was saying abysmal and the worst service when most people were driving 45 minutes to an hour to visit this course because of its beauty and it’s maintenance. I don’t understand how when hearing some of these stories they said that this is pretty common and hearing from inside sources and speaking to people that work for the golf course that this is a pretty common occurrence with the management staff is pretty scary.
Twin rivers
Course was in excellent condition but only two alligators on the course
Nice
Still drying out a bit from the storm. Still a few trees uprooted but very nice all things considered
Greens are back
Greens have been renovated and have come back nicely. The heavy rains have caused a lot of problems throughout the course since it drains poorly but worth giving it a chance.
New Greens - A fantastic Upgrade
New greens are a fantastic addition. Second time playing the surfaces and they’re only getting better.
Tee boxes on hole three and seven were also fully rebuilt. Twin Rivers presents a great challenge and it really fun experience. The lunch room is also a great place to stop after the round for a snack, lunch and beverage
Tony
The greens still need improvement.
Also water drainage still a bit of a problem.
Hole # 9 a lot of standing water. Needs to have a drainage system. Overall ok.
Great course poor policies
It was a great course. In really good condition. They just re did the greens and the look very nice. Some were still getting patched up. The biggest downfall is their cart policy. You shouldn’t have to make a solo ride with someone. They charge you $20 if you book as a solo and don’t want to share a cart.
New greens
Nice to have twin rivers with good greens. Got paired up Sunday morning at 9am with two people who I think was first time ever playing golf. Not good. Course is way too difficult for beginners Golfers need to be informed by staff and rangers to do the basics Fill in your digits. Fix ball marks and take the bunkers. This is a nice facility and please let’s keep it that way
Great renovation
I’ve not gotten to play this course since before their summer long renovation project. The state of the course was well worth the months of work they put into updating it. The greens and fairways were all in really good shape. The 2 par 3s on the front were still getting some love on the tee boxes but I was real glad to play the course again.
New and improved
Greens were nice, a little slow. You don't want to shave them too close when they're so young and fresh. Some new tee boxes too. New practice green. New grass to hit off of on the driving range. 6 hours to play. Stuck behind a fraternity outing. That part was brutal. Love the layout. I'll be back.
