Twin Rivers Golf Club

Twins Rivers has finally regressed all their greens. Thank goodness. The entire course is on temp greens but the new greens are growing in nicely. I just hope they give the greens enough time to properly grow in and not be in hurry to allow play on them. The fairways were in great shape. Still fairly wet give all the rain. Looking forward to the new greens. Twins Rivers does need to look into added restrooms on the course for the female golfers.

Recognizing that hurricane Debby passed about a week ago, the course does not seem to have drained very well. As advertised, the greens are temporary. The service in the clubhouse grill was very poor, in fact non-existent. I sat at the counter for 10 minutes while the only worker behind the grill was cooking, delivering food to others at the counter, and waiting on people getting drinks/snacks at the turn. In this entire time I was not even acknowledged. Eventually I gave up. This is not the same as previous experiences, but clearly the grill needs more workers on the weekend.

Some on the negative is not their fault just want to say that before you read this review. The rain the day before is out of their control. The green construction also not really there fault because they are trying to make the course better.

The guy not liking his job at the front desk that can be changed. I’ve never played greens in construction. Now that I know how that works I will never do that again. The greens are in the middle of the fairway since greens are getting fixed. Also a heads up if it rains the day before don’t play this course .

The greens were all being redone. (we were told before we played) Greens made in the fairways were not fun. General course was in good shape. We will play again when the greens are back to playable.

All greens were temporary. Many of the tee boxes were torn up/moved. One par 3, due to temporary tee box and green, was only 60 yards total. Most of course was wet, soggy, muddy mess. Waste of time and money to play here today.

informed of greens under construction on every hole. left to shoot for and putt from green area cut from fairway. chipping and putting a big part of any round, therefore, dont bother with this course until greens are finished.

we quit after 9 holes. unbearable. good pace of play only because , i assume , the word was out and nobody was playing.

This is UCFs home practice course. The greens are being renovated; had I known this at the time of booking, I would not have booked a tee time. Moreover, the temporary greens make the course exceedingly short from any tee box inside the championship level. I rarely hit anything other than driver and pitching wedge.

Until the course improvements are completed, don’t play here.

Twin Rivers, as always was a great place to play. Even though the greens are under construction, it was still pretty awesome.

The course was perfect, except that all the greens were under repair. Make shift greens in fairway, making the course playing short.

The course wasn’t nearly as nice as normal because the greens are being redone and temporary greens are in place.

The course is playing on provisional greens until this fall, so...there aren't bunkers or waterhazards (okay there is one waterhazard) protecting the provisional greens.. The "greens" are small areas of normal fairway. Making putts is a challenge, but the greens are tiny (so I wouldn't count greens in reg during the round).

I hope to come back and play when they are on their regular greens, having gotten a look at the routing. The course is level, so not a lot of blind shots. A laser rangefinder is very useful given that the greens have been moved quite a bit from their regular positions.

We had no idea that the corse is under construction and there are no greens. So we played with Fairway made up green.

The fairway was good shape.

I wish GN had some sort of indication as to the condition and construction , we would have chosen other golf club.
