Fairways? Awesome … Greens? Great …. Tuna Salad Sandwich? Like Moms !!!

Greens recently punched, but rest of course was top tier. Course punishes you for missing the reasonably wide fairways and greens(palmetto bushes are NOT forgiving), but that’s on you!!! Any opportunity to play University is recommended.

Excellent golf course in great condition, Friendly staff.

We were paired with two nice gentlemen golfer who had a great respect for our golfing abilities.

As usual, the course is in superior condition and well run. Thank you having a ranger to monitor the pace of play however, as a somewhat regular player at this course, I feel compelled to voice my opinion from my latest round here. The vast majority of reviews I read prior to deciding where to play have to do with "Pace of "Play" or "Course Conditions". In this case, the ranger on duty was mistaken on 3 separate visits to our foursome. 1st, the starter may have been distracted with other golfers at our scheduled tee time and we teed off about 10 minutes late. Not a problem at all. Unfortunately, the ranger obviously was not aware of this or maybe did not believe us when we responded to his first request for us to pick up the pace. The funny part is we received this request on our 3rd tee box, exactly 21 minutes after we teed off. He told us to catch with the group ahead of which we never could because we later discovered was a threesome and ahead of them was a twosome. No question the elderly couple playing behind us as twosome from the forward tees behind us waited on a few holes, but we offered for them to play through, but they were pleasant and stated they were fine and in no hurry, so we were certain they weren’t complaining to anyone. Behind them was a twosome, with another twosome behind them. We clarified with Mister Ranger that they expect 4-hour rounds of which we were never behind that pace. In fact, we finished in just barely over 3.5 hours. If players prefer not to be paired up into foursomes, then they should not complain if full groups of four don’t play as fast as they do. Golfers keep a handicap, not a log of simply how fast they were able to play. My experience was aggravating and rushed from Mister Ranger that could not read the situation. I probably would not feel compelled to offer this review if I didn’t play as horribly as I did. Probably could have played a few minutes faster if I would have had 10 less strokes. Just Saying.

Very good course, nice layout, excellent condition. The only problem was we got stuck behind a ridiculously slow foursome and the marshal didn't seem to be able to get them to speed up.

Enjoyable country club experience - good facilities, and an impressive 27 holes and practice grounds. Generally in good condition but the greens weren't as quick and true as they are typically.

Excellent condition and pretty good layout. Main problem is that group ahead was painfully slow and marshal didn't speed them up.

Played 19-27 and 1-9 from White Tees. Great layout and course conditions. All patrons and staff were friendly. Plan to play here again when in the area.

Tee boxes were perfect. Fairways were perfect, greens were perfect. Perfect perfect perfect course.
