Desert Willow Golf Course

Course is too dry to play. Hardly any green grass on the fairways.

I don't play very often and haven't played for 2 years; this is a terrific executive course to get back in the groove.

I HAD A GOLF NOW DISCOUNT RATE FOR ONE PLAYER WHICH INCLUDED A CART. I WAS PAIRED WITH A THREESOME. ONE OF THE PLAYERS WANTED A CART ALONE AND HE HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA $10. I WAS A NOW A SINGLE AND BECAUSE THEY DID NOT FILL MY OTHER SEAT THEY MADE ME PAY AN EXTRA $10. I DISAGREED WITH MANAGEMENT BUT THEY INSISTED I HAD TO PAY FOR THE EMPTY SEAT IN MY CART THRU NO FAULT OF MY OWN!

The course is in fair condition. The greens are pretty good for the most part. The tee boxes are the worst part of this course. They are not close to level and you get the worst lies on the tee which should never happen.

Our first time and honestly the conditions of the fairways were not great, but the greens were excellent and very fast. I suspect in a different season the fairways would be in better shape. But overall it is a fun tract and there are lots of opportunities to work on your short game. Super friendly staff across the board with Scott and Cheryl being our standouts. Would definitely play again.

This was one of the slowest rounds of golf I ever remember playing. It took five hours to play an executive course that should have taken three. In addition, with no advance notice, we were told that the golf course was closing at 3:00 pm due to the Super Bowl. That meant, because of the extremely slow play, that it would be difficult to finish. There was no mention of a discount or refund, it was just "you have to be off the course by three." Further, the course was in terrible condition with virtually no difference between the fairways and the rough.Don't waste your money and don't expect to get good treatment from the staff.

Nice staff and overall fun time. Food at restaurant very reasonable, and staff are pleasant and efficient.

Will play again

They insisted we stop play and exit the course at 4:30 even though we had enough daylight for another hole or maybe two.
