The Legacy Golf Club

The course was challenging and fun to play. I read the reviews before booking and the negative ones aren’t really an accurate assessment. Yes there are a couple areas on greens and fairway that could use improvement but it’s March in Vegas.

It’s well worth the price. We have paid way more for way worse.

A good price for local play, good to get out on the course. Greens are pretty bad; lots of sod and pretty hard packed. Very difficult to get a read on putts. Sand is also really rough if you find yourself in the bunkers. Could be a lot better if they fixed those few gripes! Otherwise great price for locals looking to go out and play a round.

Had a great time at legacy fairways in Greens are in fairly good shape. The rough was non-existent. It was more like a dry grass.

Would definitely play this course again?

Outstanding in all respects! Just everything you could want and receive. I was accidentally a day late and they honored my booking. The rating however had nothing to do with that.

This course is a good course to find out how good you can chip. With all the bunkers on the course you better be able to use your sand wedge. If there is a negative point at this course the bunkers need to be topped up with clean sand. Would I recommend this course to a friend. Yes. You'll use many of the club's in your bag and see good you are at reading a green.

The course was decent for winter golf. The sand in the bunkers was hard and very pebbly, which is hard on the clubs. .

Been in Vegas now for nine years and every year I hope for positive changes at Legacy. Must be the worst greens in Vegas

Terrible course conditions and should be upfront about it before paying the green fees, painted greens are not worth $90/round, and no new grass anywhere!

The course was horrible, painted greens with dead spots all through out, fairways were also horrible with no water on them, the course was not enjoyable because of the conditions!

I took my uncles out for a round of golf along with my girlfriend, and when they checked in they asked for ID and forced my uncles to pay an extra $40 per person for the 2 non residents. They were visiting me from St. George, UT. (not far) I paid for the round as a nice gesture but I feel as though my gesture was useless and the course was not in good condition. Had I known we were going to be stopped and ID’d I’d have just visited them in UT to play. The pace of play was bad and the greens were in bad shape, overall just a bad experience. I had played here before but will not be returning. I tried to talk to someone at the pro shop and they sent me to a higher up, when I talked to him he said he’d have to talk to another higher up. I gave up and am done trying to explain myself over something that seems so simple. Idk so here I am writing a review of my experience and an FYI do not take friends or family from out of town unless you want to pay the ridiculous fees.

I love the layout of this course, you get a great mix of wide open fairways and target elevated green par 3’s.

I come back as it’s always fun. The course suffers from some long term deferred maintenance issues, broken cart paths, damaged concrete, bunkers with rocks.

Grass conditions are in fair and in line with time of year, know your going to have a lot of tight lies.

Legacy is a good value proposition, and could be so much more. Layout is fun…will be back. Staff was great all around.
