Desert Pines Golf Club is often referred to as "The Pinehurst" of Las Vegas. It offers a Carolina sandhills experience, yet is conveniently located just minutes from downtown or the Strip. This Dye design features thousands of mature pine trees lining the well-groomed fairways where white sand bunkers protect large, undulating, bent grass greens. Because of the large number of pine trees, often times this course is cooler than other courses in the heat of the summer. Although there are no forced carries, water comes into play on 9 of the 18 holes.

Beautiful golf course! Built down and you can barely feel the wind. Love the layout and the staff was friendly!

I quit after nine. Given, it was a Saturday morning, but 3hrs on the nose to play the front and nobody in sight to keep things moving. Course was in decent shape and it’s an interesting short and tight layout.

Fun course fair but tight. Course in nice shape. Short course. Food was average. Staff very friendly.
Very slow pace 5 hours. That’s slow for 6000 yards.
Still it was fun and I would recommend this course especially for the money.

Great lay out. Greens in awesome shape. I knew it was going to be a great when joe welcomed us in the pro shop at check in. Then Greg after the round. Super friendly and courteous. A lot of fun.

Great Vegas Golf!
Enjoyed everything about Desert Pines with the exception of the out of state surcharge. $170 cdn per person is steep. Staff were friendly and the course was in great shape. Scenery is fantastic. If not on vacation, would not have spent that much.
