Great greens
fare way has few patches under repair, but rest is well maintained, super greens best among several course in Las Vegas.

Unique Layout, Excellent Greens
The course is constrained by a wash that runs through it. Therefore, every hole has the wash, a ditch or water on the right. If you are in the middle or left off the tee, you are fine. The sameness is a little bizarre. The fairways were a bit patchy but generally very playable. However, the greens are in excellent condition, rolling smoothly. and holding shots well. Bunkers are not great but are easy to avoid. There is no drinking water on the course and there was no beverage cart - not good when it's 111 degrees. But, it was a weekday day and the course was not busy so I get the business aspect. The new clubhouse is very nice and the facilities are comfortable and clean. A+ on that.

Always a fun round
Course was in good condition with a few well marked ground under repair. They do a good job there. The pace was slow, but what muni plays quickly? This is a fun simple course that you can score low on! Don’t listen to the complaints of the pit! Hit it straight and you have now worries. The staff is the friendliest in the city!

Challenging course but still offers golfers a lot of fun. Worth the money.

Good track for the money
Booked a round here due to great Hot Time price, despite concerns from reading several negative reviews. I enjoyed the course, it was in great shape, staff was friendly. Yeah, it’s built on a drainage slope, but deal with it, gang, it’s golf ! Only negative points were no rakes in the traps, fairway watering was going on in the middle of a very hot day (105) , and back 9 greens had just been punched, which we weren’t aware of when we booked. But all in all a great value and a good day !

Much improved
I played this course several years ago as Desert Rose. At that time the course was in terrible shape, and I vowed to not play it again. I booked this tee time as I did not realize the course had changed names, and I am glad that I did. I thought the fairways and greens were in great shape given the time of year. The price was excellent for the course condition. The only drawback that I see now with this course is the layout, and the fact that every hole has the city wash running down its right side. If you are able to stay left, you are okay, but anything hit right will run into the ditch, and cause you to take a penalty stroke. I know this course drives some people crazy with its layout, but I will definitely play it again if it stays in this kind of shape at this price.

Much fairer courses to play elsewhere
I’ve never had a round where as many balls that landed in a fairway ended up in a water hazard! Any ball with left to right movement would roll off the fairway into a water hazard that snakes it way through the course. No rough lining these fairways to hold balls up. Very unfair course for the average player. I would not play this course again.

Gully Course
First of all this course runs along the towns big deep water culvert. No we didn’t hit into it all day. Your ball can land on the fairway edge which all slants down into this water run off, the grass is cut so short it rarely rests on top rather rolls down the hill into this culvert. There goes your ball , the hill is so steep it’s hard to catch your ball. Cut the grass a little longer to stop it would be nice... just a suggestion

Spillway golf
Course was in good shape except the greens are slow. Canal that runs along the fairways comes into play On almost all the holes, made it more challenging

Okay for the price.
Fairways was in poor shape and the rough was rough. The greens was in good shape but slow. The cafe closed early on sunday, it was closed by 1pm
