To expansive
This is a old municipal course it goes for 25 after 3 pm all day every day i had fun but dont ever pay more golf n0w chrages extra for this course shout ur self if u pa1d 80 call them and tell them your local or just go somewhere else anywere else
Best price in town!
Great course! It’s the best price in town and staff is amazing!
Decent course, slow play
This is what I would expect from a municipal course. It was in decent shape, but the pace of place was slow, especially on the back nine, once I caught up to the groups that went out earlier than I did (this is after the two singles I was playing with bailed after nine, and the threesome in front of us also called it quits after nine holes). I joined the next threesome in front of them on the 12th hole, and we waited as a foursome on every shot through the rest of the round. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciate them getting us out about 15 minutes early when they had a gap.
Nice but...
I have played other courses in Vegas and I like more others. Average value, good thing its near to the strip but you can go a little bit further for nicest courses.
It’s okay.
Fun little course but not worth $47.00 for an afternoon tee time. Paid $10 for a bucket of balls and they had us hitting off dirt instead of the grass in front and behind us. Staff was friendly except the guy in the proshop. Very unfriendly guy. There are plenty better options in Las Vegas for the same price that are better quality.
Worst greens I’ve ever putted on
You better call and make sure they haven’t aerated. These greens were unplayable
Goat Ranch
This course is a $10.00 course at best. I feel like a chump paying $103.00 for my wife and me. We waited on every shot, and the greens were just aerated, and we weren’t told anything about this!! If you landed in a bunker, there was more gravel than sand. The sand was on the green!! Try to NEVER play this course. Wasted money!! One last thought. We got to 17, and there were 5 groups waiting to tee off. 3 groups went home allowing us to finish
There is no ranger and the course does a TERRIBLE job of scheduling tee times and managing pace of play.
We waited on EVERY hole for at least two groups. It took 2 and 1/2 hours to play nine holes! We left after nine, although we had paid for 18, because we would not have finished before dark. I spoke with staff about this and they just shrugged their shoulders. Don't play here unless you want to spend an entire day visiting with people! You could do that far cheaper at a cafe or bar rather than paying golf fees to wait on every hole.
Very Bad Experience
No carts available, slow play, let singles out/walkers, constantly having balls shot into us.
Sporty Course
This course is short with smaller contoured greens. Built long ago when green speeds were much slower they can be dangerous if you are pin high or above. It’s not a Ross course, but green structure and traps are similar. Great course to test your wedge play. People will look at the yardage and think it’s easy. There are pins you don’t play to, and if you miss you will pay. If you want to step into what golf really is about, not just a distance contest, this course will test your accuracy. I found this course to be enjoyable. Pace of play was 3:45 on a very busy day. It’s not a country club, it’s a muni, but I found the conditions very reasonable for the traffic.
weather
played 8 holes then was winded 74 mph and rain sleeted out. No time to get rain check on vacatin time.
