Fantastic course with great views. Course was in great condition.

Pro shop staff could be more friendly and welcoming. We paid $1400 in green fees and expect a little appreciation.

Very disappointed to finish our round tonight at 5:30 and find no place open to eat.

For this price point every cart shoud have mapping and distance monitors. Reallly disappointing they don’t have this on their carts. I don’t believe they let walkers out, because off the distances. between holes and the hilly nature of this desert course. Course is in good condition for mid March.

Course was very beautiful and well kept. There is a lot of elevation change through the course that adds some challenges. Greens are had and fast so take that into consideration putting. Overall very nice place to play a round at. Only complaint was the pace of play. Was going on 3hrs and was only part way done with the front 9 when typically I can get through a round in about 4 1/2 hrs

We were not able to finish our round as pace of play is very slow and management requested we stop play 45 minutes before dark.

Booked a golf now hot deal for $59. Not going to find a better deal in the area. Tee box to green was in good condition. The course has many elevation changes. Pace of play was a little slow, about 4 hours and 50 minutes. There was no ranger to control the pace. Staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent and fairly priced. If in the area again, I would play again.

Great coarse layout, Mr. Palmer knew what he was doing. Not an ‘easy’ coarse. Lots of fun.

This course has it all. It forces you to stay within your game and manage your emotions. The veiw that you get off the surrounding area is worth it.

Great course with a good variety of holes. However, they really cater to their local members over out of town golfers. 1:30 pm Ted time that they let a local foursome who were out in front of us so we did not tee off until 1:45. Of course they were slow and there was no way we woul finish before dark. Thankfully they let us thru at hole 6 and we finished at 5:30 just before the mandatory cart return at 545.

This is a course where there is a certain amount of generosity in areas where one can ‘miss’ a shot BUT IF you do miss on the wrong side of fairway or green get ready to write down a big number on your scorecard! I’d need to go back and look at the course layout but the holes seemed to be more setup (to the eye anyway) for those who primarily draw the ball. In typical Palmer fashion there were plenty of blind shots and with no GPS on the carts it would be helpful if someone in your group had an app so you can get a feel for your aim points. The course gets very interesting and FUN and beautiful when you get to the holes where there is massive elevation change, I loved it. The greens were perfect, rolled very nice and were pretty quick, you definitely don’t want to go long and have to chip downhill to the flag! Lastly, there was a fair amount of water in play on the course, wasn’t really expecting that out here in the desert, but certainly added to the fun. All in all, a very enjoyable round.

The white tees are enough of a challenge unless you are a sub 10 handicap. Need marshal to speed up play. Fun course if you a slight fade
