Golfer Reviews
Bad timing
Twas the day before overseed, and everything was dry and hard. Very difficult to play because there was No way to hold a green. The sand bunkers had a thin layer and then hard pan underneath.
The course was in the process of closing for reseeding. So the condition wasn't what I'm sure it's suppose to be. Looking forward to playing again when it is well maintained. I played on the last day before closing ,so conditions was dry.
Oasis courses are both highly recommended
Palmer had some unique and scenic holes. I found the Canyons course to be a better test.
Thirsty
Drink cart lady had to be called to get to see her. Course was ready to be overseeded so not in the smoothest shape
Not like we remembered
Dead grass. Greens weren’t good. We had played Casa Blanca the day before and their course was in better shape. They just don’t have the elevation changes.
Elevation change and box canyons make the layout spectacular but Arnie would be very disappointed with the course conditions.greens not very good and the fairways look like the rough
Busy morning
Arrived an hour early to try and get on early, was told I could not, saw multiple small groups go out, was paired with a group of 3 with only 2 sets of clubs causing delays, they realized I was waiting on every hole so they allied me to go on ahead of them, got at least 2 sometimes 3 holes ahead but was behind a group of 4 who were behind a group of 2, decided to leave after 13, hope to have better luck since I loved the course layout.
Great layout fun to play
Really like this course, played wolf creek the day before, and this course is a nice compliment. Teed off at 6:30am to beat the heat and played in 3:45. Friendly staff.,fun to play, even if you hit it in the rock canyon wall, it normally kicks back in play.
Absolutely beautiful
The course was fantastic
Worth the Drive From Vegas
I’ve never been to Mesquite but have heard about several good courses there, so decided to book a Hot Deal at Oasis. Had a great time and really enjoyed the course. It was overall in good condition, greens were a little bare in a few spots but putted very smoothly, fairways and tees were very goid. Loved the elevation changes and variety of holes on the Palmer course - very good design. Staff were friendly. I’d highly recommend this course !
Beyond amazing
From the second I got to the course everything was wonderful. Came from out of town and was a last minute decision so had to buy a polo. Received a discount for first time there and the lady from the start was just the nicest person. The cart lady only takes cash and I let her know I only had card and instead of blowing me off because she wouldn't make money she made sure I still had water in my cart and ice since it was a hot day. They leave towels and water in the carts, I kept a towel in the ice bucket to use when to hot. The course was in amazing shape, the most beautiful course I've played. Perfect views. The course host/ranger was awesome as well. I was solo so bad time to speak. He gave me so many tips, let me know about the course and how it's taken care of. Pointed out Arnold's favorite hole and the plaque where it would be and where the best holes are to take pics. Over all just such a caring staff about the people there and and their course. Had a 4 some holding up multiple groups but if that's the worst thing to worry about on a beautiful day and beautiful course where you go to enjoy and relax then golf isn't for you. Thanks for the generosity oasis, nothing but love to you all.

Nicely elevated tee’s
Some very narrow fairways,
Good variety of holes.
Service was great.
Real nice practice facility.
