Golden Bear Golf Club at Indigo Run

I have played this course several times on trips to the island. The course was in good shape and the greens were consistent in speed. Our group enjoyed the course, but I cannot figure out why there was not a ranger on the course as the front nine took 2:40 to play. We waited on every shot. We barely finished before sunset. When we arrived for our tee time on the first hole there were 2 groups waiting and no starter. Maybe the course could provide more time in between groups?

Fun course, don’t miss layout, it’s a little more interesting then most in the area

I like everything about the course, but two of us are residents but do not yet have local licenses so our process was increased by over $50.00. This doesn’t happen at several other courses, so we will not go back.

Very enjoyable afternoon. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We played 9 holes in the early afternoon. Pace of play was fine, not backed up despite the early afternoon tee time. The greens were in nice shape but rolled slower than other area courses. There was no starter which caused some early confusion about tee off time and cart path only rules. For the higher than average greens fee, it would have been nice to receive a small bucket of balls for the range.

Playing golf in the winter can be challenging due to hibernating grass on many courses. This Golden Bear golf course had excellent fairway grass and the greens were outstanding. Only one hole had some green damage due to a mower accident on that green. The layout is both very attractive and challenging, but fair. Some people may not appreciate being surrounded by houses near the course everywhere, but they are usually far enough back from the active course.

Love the course, well maintained course layout easy to play.

The course was wet. Cart path only. No Course Marshall to move foursome in front of us. 5 hour round is ridiculous.

Good value using hot deal. Regular rates too high. Course conditions good for this time of year.

Just blown away at the shape of the course for mid winter. It's almost like there's green box farries that remove any hints of prior players. No broken tees laying around, not a hint of trash anywhere. Course was played out beautifully, very challenging. Greens were fast. And for 50 bucks, money we'll spent.

Had a great time. Got to use the range prior. Got out about 10 minutes ahead of schedule. For January it was immaculate. Had me dreaming how nice it must be in full bloom. My top 5
