Staff was friendly, however tee boxes, greens, and sand traps were in very poor condition. Pace of play was poor due to multiple foursomes teeing off within 5 min of each other.
Suggestions
This course is underrated in my opinion but it needs better management. No starter or ranger leads to confusion and delays. Multiple singles out there with double and triples. It causes backups. Otherwise I enjoy this course. Great bang for your buck.

Great for the price
Very happy overall! Staff were really nice, new golf carts were a great perk. For $41 for 18 with cart included, I don’t think you can do a lot better in NoVa. I really liked the layout of the course, definitely provides a challenge.

Great first time
First time ever playing this course, for hot deal of $25 for 18/cart, no worries about the course. The crew was working on the sand bunkers on 18-16 so they know the bunkers have issues. The course rubs through two big neighborhoods and have signs and painted arrows on the road to follow. Awesome time today playing as a solo and then joining two other players 14th to the end.
Staff are super helpful and laid back.

Regardless of the time of day, there’s a slow group of members playing in front of you and they don’t believe in letting a single play through, in fact, they wouldn’t dream of it

Surprising
Playing this course for the first time. A nice variation of par #, $ and 5 holes with some pretty difficult ones. Quite a bit of height difference making it interesting.
