Great course!!! Challenging and fun!! Fast greens.

Has become one of my favorites and has to be one of the best in So Ca.

Hands down best maintained greens around. I was surprised how well maintained and great the greens were. They rolled pure and steady. Any real golfer knows that strokes are gained and lost on the greens. I ended up shooting an 80 from the blue tips but I can say that the greens didn't affect my round. Fairways are in decent shape. There is no bare ground on the fairways which is always good. The rest of the course is green and light brown but at least the light brown fairways are actually grass! Teeing off from the 1st tee looks like the course can be a bit dry but it's grassy, that's the most important part. Good layout. Front 9 is wayyy different from the back 9 which is always good. Challenging layout with long par 4's along with short par 4's. It evens out. Great course overall. I would definetley come back.

Had a fun challenging round matched up with three other players and we all seemed to have a fun round will look forward to playing Rancho Del sol again....

As stated a million times, the course is recently open again. It isn’t in $75 condition, but, I really hope they’re investing the profits into making it great. The Pete Dye design on the front is remarkable. The back is carried by more views, fun shot shapes, and a forgiving landscape. Pace of play was great. Marshall’s and starter do a great job. Tee boxes are flat but thin. Fairways and waste areas are also thin. Greens are in decent shape. Lastly, bunkers have actual sand. They look like they’re raked daily, which is better than most courses now a days. To sum it up- the course has potential to be great. Ownership group has to make the right decisions to grow the quality. I’d pay top tier money in the future to play if the quality continues to go up.

Back 9 is definitely nicer than the front. Greens are spongy but roll pretty good..worth checking out!

Nice course set up staff is great only complaint is food selection and prices

Very well designed course. Really liked the layout. Had a lot of variety in terms of hazards and elevation change. Greens were immaculate. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I heard it was closed for four years, and there is a lot construction around the course (and clubhouse appears to be temporary). Fairways are not in the best shape, but not terrible either. Clearly there is a history behind the course. But it has a ton of potential, and I hope they continue with the improvements. I will definitely play there again soon.

This was my 2nd time playing Rancho Del Sol since it reopened. Greens are some the best in IE! Staff is always welcoming from the pro shop/Snack Bar to the cart staff. Can’t wait to see how the course looks in the Spring. Definitely checkout Rancho Del Sol you will not be disappointed!

First time playing here, and boy was it great! Staff is super friendly, the layout is so much fun, the greens were so pure, and pace of play was great!!! The only thing that could use some work is the fairways! The grass is dormant, but once it grows back, it will be amazing! Give this course a shot!

Played here for the first time in August, have been back 4 times since. Yes, it is still a work in progress, but you can tell the teeth this thing used to have and will have again once they are finished with the maintenance. Greens are spectacular, some of the best you will find period. I want this place to continue to be a Hidden Gem, but play it now while you can still miss on the front 9; once the creeks and lakes are full again, this thing is going to be another Pete Dye masterpiece.

Grass is a little brown greens good, bunkers good, fairways no so good but okay.

First time going to the course Had a teatime for 2 PM showed up at 1:30 to check in the guy at the register they are running behind with golf carts everyone is 30 minutes backed up Waited till 2 o’clock went to the Marshall at the first hole Very rudely said There is six people behind you that are waiting for carts How do you expect to get a whole18 holes done at 2 pm we waited till 230 and there was 6 people ahead of us we decided to just leave and get our money back left me remind you again our tee time was at 2 and we showed up at 130 I don’t know who creates there tee times but is was a mess from the start really sucked for the 8 of us who drove from Newport to go play

This is the old Moreno Valley golf course. They eliminated the lake 9 holes and still have the valley 9 and mountain 9. Course needs water, the fairways were a little sparse and hard, I found out the course has only been open for 4-5 months so I feel this will get better. I would and will play here again. The staff is friendly even though I was kind of a butt head to the starter( had my tee time wrong). He was very forgiving and nice about it! The only negative was that we never saw the cart girl even after we requested and mentioned it to some of the staff. The course is challenging without being hard or unfair. Hope everyone will give it a try.

On A-day that the wind was blowing all over the Inland Empire this course provided a block from the wind and I was able to play 18 holes. While the wind was closing down outdoor dining and we got 18 holes in a few hours
